Very charming and quaint with roof top windows to let air in. Julio the owner was very nice, he carried our luggage up three flights of stairs and back down when we left. Breakfast was very nice and a great start to the day. Julio informed us of places to go and very knowledgeable about Santiago. Would definitely stay again.

I was concerned about the lack of dedicated parking in such a busy place, but there is a public lot with a side entrance so it was as if it had its own lot. The location is exceptional, within walking distance to the Cathedral, and all the sights. There is a beautiful market across the street and up the steps. The staff could not have been more helpful with maps and suggestions for dining.
