Breakfast was good. Room was fine. The staff exceptional. Lost my prescription sunglasses. Sara at the front desk looked at the security video and saw that I had them when we checked in. This allowed me to determine where I had left them. Went to the only place they could be. They were found. Because of her. I’m on the Camino. Would have been a disaster. There was a gentleman who also helped us. Did not get his name. He was working when we arrived.

Great location, big, clean and confortable room. We requested a crib and it was ready in our room when we arrived! Staff people were nice and polite.
Five star accommodation in a quiet and picturesque settling, 15 minutes drive into to the lovely city of Oviedo. Everything about this hotel, from the decorations and room facilities to bed linen, was quality. Breakfasts were delicious, served in a bright and airy restaurant and a provided a wonderful start to the day. The cosy main restaurant serves excellent, tasty and beautifully prepared food.

The hotel is a castle which is absolutely amazing with beautiful outside grounds. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant was very high quality. We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommended!!
The reception staff were formidable. Couldn't do enough for is and nothing was too much trouble. I stay in over 100 hotels a year and this was far the best.
