Beautiful. Great town to visit even for a few days. Beautiful beaches, plenty of eateries. La Amistad, was great to try Fabada and to watch waiters/waitresses pouring cider. Nice friendly people in the town. Quirky little shops. Nice walks along the coast and harbour.

Charming old working port and marina for private fishing boats and pleasure craft. Old quarter is full of handsome buildings, churches and so on, full of character. Lots of visitors but not oppressively touristy. Centre of town has loads of restaurants, with local specialities but also varied.

It makes a for a very pleasant place for 3 or 4 nights, lots of shops, bars and restaurants.
Lots to do close by or head for the Picos.

Llanes is a lively small town which a good range of restaurants, though note most have 8:30pm evening opening. Apart from the local beaches there are other good coastal towns close by. You about centrally placed for access to the East and West ends of the Picos de Europa which are a must visit place.

A natural paradise, beautiful beaches, proximity to the peaks of Europe. Good walking routes. A good gastronomic offer. Pleasant human atmosphere. A good average temperature. Buildings of fantastic architecture, great heritage.
Great little hotel in the heart of the town centre, looking over the inner harbour, very close to the main busy streets, less than a minute walk.
We really loved the view from the room, which was clean and big enough for a couple days stay.
When you take in the price and location it is very good value.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and there is secure parking for motorcycles.
Breakfast was tasty and good value at €5.80.
Highly recommended and would stay again if passing through.
This hotel is all about location, location and is great value. We had one of the rooms that looks out over the beach and it is truly amazing. We were given some good tips by the reception staff about a lovely walk from the hotel along the cliffs which was stunning in the morning and a wander around the old town was also fascinating. The room was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a great garage for storage of our bikes.
A wonderful experience that the wife and I both needed given the crowding on the Camino and more especially just northern Spain. I love Spain intensely, but things have changed dramatically in just the last few years. The staff was great. They went out of their way to make things comfortable and inviting. The only thing that wasn't up to snuff was the lack of soap in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was just what we needed. Thanks!
Hotel staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was not quite ready when we arrived but they directly to their lovely terrace for coffee and small snack while we waited (which they comped). Location to town was great! The area around the hotel was quieter but a short walk to a great old town area with some restraints nearby.

The location is perfect to walk around Llanes center, try the many restaurants, bars, and shops steps away, and get to stroll this beautiful town. The apartment is right on a pedestrian main street and since it is on the top floor you have beautiful views of the harbour and town. The patrons are very kind and helpful too. We are planning to go back soon!
We reserved an ocean view and it was beautiful. Location couldn't be better. The hotel has a restaurant we'd rate very well and came in very handy when it was raining. Clean, quiet, comfortable. They have secure parking right across the street, important for us with our motorcycle. The staff was friendly and helpful.

spacious clean apartment with well finished fixtures and fittings. The apartment block is situated in a nice garden with fruit trees. The location was excellent for exploring the region by car being close to the main highway. However, it is a bit of a walk to get into Llanes. There is a good supermarket close by.
Lovely, large rooms... We only booked a triple but were given a one-bedroom suite, which had a sofa bed in the living room. Lovely location right in the centre of town. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. There is a gorgeous chocolateria cafe on the ground floor of the hotel.
To pick up the keys one has to drive to the main city Llanes to hotel-spa "La Hacienda de Don Juan", which is about a mile away form the property. The reception charge you a deposit of 100 eur on the top of the full price.
What a beautiful place Llanes is, Las Roca's was in a perfect position within the area, overlooking the Estuary, the rooms were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful
