Charming old working port and marina for private fishing boats and pleasure craft. Old quarter is full of handsome buildings, churches and so on, full of character. Lots of visitors but not oppressively touristy. Centre of town has loads of restaurants, with local specialities but also varied.

It makes a for a very pleasant place for 3 or 4 nights, lots of shops, bars and restaurants.

Llanes is a lively small town which a good range of restaurants, though note most have 8:30pm evening opening. Apart from the local beaches there are other good coastal towns close by. You about centrally placed for access to the East and West ends of the Picos de Europa which are a must visit place.

A natural paradise, beautiful beaches, proximity to the peaks of Europe. Good walking routes. A good gastronomic offer. Pleasant human atmosphere. A good average temperature. Buildings of fantastic architecture, great heritage.
We were searching for accomodation close to the sea and inside of small town or village to have the infrastructure. In the end we choosed this lovely hotel and was amazing experience. Luis and his family are running hotel with a small bar/restaurant in the last corner of this beautiful village. From there you can easily walk on Camino de Santiago or to go to Llanes or just chill around. We enjoyed it really much, Luis family are amazing hosts. We recommend everybody to pick up the accommodation.
The hotel is a charming family run place and comprises of a typical Asturian country house and a modern aparthotel building . We were in the apartments and they were very spacious with large comfortable beds and lovely views of the orchard garden and the mountains. Breakfast is good value for money . The hotel is situated about 2 km out of town but it’s a pleasant 20 min walk or a 6 euro taxi ride into the lovely little town of Llanes.
After many visits to Llanes, this was our 1st stay to this hotel, first impressions were really good with a very helpful smart
gent on reception, who made us feel very welcome & directed us the hotel underground garage parking, with special FREE
area for our motorcycles. Great view from our rooms overlooking the town & harbour. Across the road overlooking the
harbour was the hotel bar, a great setting for our pre diner drinks & snacks
Hotel staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was not quite ready when we arrived but they directly to their lovely terrace for coffee and small snack while we waited (which they comped). Location to town was great! The area around the hotel was quieter but a short walk to a great old town area with some restraints nearby.
We had a great stay and would certainly visit again if in the area! Thanks!!

Poo de Llanes is a great base to explore Asturias . the house is v close to a small convenience store and bar/restaurants and 5 min walk to the beautiful Playa de Poo. Isabel v friendly and good communication. everyone locally so friendly . you would probably need a car , there is parking on site .
The lady came looking for me since my GPS was taking me past the hotel. She was so friendly and helped me find parking nearby. She explained the codes and everything I needed to know about the room. It was very clean and had a wonderful view out the window of a cathedral. Everything was great! There was a washer and dryer next to my room. I also loved the slanted ceilings.
The location is perfect to walk around Llanes center, try the many restaurants, bars, and shops steps away, and get to stroll this beautiful town. The apartment is right on a pedestrian main street and since it is on the top floor you have beautiful views of the harbour and town. The patrons are very kind and helpful too. We are planning to go back soon!

The location was excellent for exploring the region by car being close to the main highway. However, it is a bit of a walk to get into Llanes. There is a good supermarket close by.
Lovely, large rooms... We only booked a triple but were given a one-bedroom suite, which had a sofa bed in the living room. Lovely location right in the centre of town. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. There is a gorgeous chocolateria cafe on the ground floor of the hotel.

What a beautiful place Llanes is, Las Roca's was in a perfect position within the area, overlooking the Estuary, the rooms were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful
