Conveniently located off the highway. The staff that night was the nicest person I’ve ever met. There’s a small pasture behind the property and the cowbells sounded like wind chimes during the night. Great view of the mountains.

Oh, it was cozy, well decorated, quiet and clean. They always are great and the Thai soup was phenomenal. Also, we had a delicious, gluten free Filipino cake made with cassava. They freshened up our rooms when we went out and we had a beautiful view of the hydrangea bushes. Thank you, Alejandro!

We enjoyed our stay. We were impressed by how clean the bathroom was. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We liked the design of the place, and the room was charming. We wish we had stayed longer. We missed the breakfast, which we imagine is nice.

Beautiful old town. Lovely cliff walks. Pretty little beach. We only stayed one night, because we are on the move, but could easily have stayed another 1 or 2 nights. The location of the hotel could not be better, overlooking the pretty beach and on the edge of the old town.
The hotel is lovely, and the staff really friendly and helpful. Our room had a fabulous view and was spacious. The rooms generally could be modernised with charging points. It was difficult to have a shower without soaking the bathroom floor.
Very disappointing and relatively expensive breakfast in the attached but separate restaurant below the hotel. If you have time, save your cash and stroll into town for your breakfast.

Beautiful. Great town to visit even for a few days. Beautiful beaches, plenty of eateries. La Amistad, was great to try Fabada and to watch waiters/waitresses pouring cider. Nice friendly people in the town. Quirky little shops. Nice walks along the coast and harbour.

Charming old working port and marina for private fishing boats and pleasure craft. Old quarter is full of handsome buildings, churches and so on, full of character. Lots of visitors but not oppressively touristy. Centre of town has loads of restaurants, with local specialities but also varied.

Llanes is a lively small town which a good range of restaurants, though note most have 8:30pm evening opening. Apart from the local beaches there are other good coastal towns close by. You about centrally placed for access to the East and West ends of the Picos de Europa which are a must visit place.
We received the information on how to reach the property and on how to collect the keys well in advance via Whatsapp with clear instructions, pictures, maps. There is easy parking a couple of meters away. A lovely walk will get you in the center of Llanes in 15 minutes. The house is nicely decorated and has everything you need - it is fully equipped and with good wifi. It is perfectly located to explore Llanes and surroundings. The location is close to the sea and the mountains, so ideal to enjoy the wonderful Asturias. We had a super stay!
We were searching for accomodation close to the sea and inside of small town or village to have the infrastructure. In the end we choosed this lovely hotel and was amazing experience. Luis and his family are running hotel with a small bar/restaurant in the last corner of this beautiful village. From there you can easily walk on Camino de Santiago or to go to Llanes or just chill around. We enjoyed it really much, Luis family are amazing hosts. We recommend everybody to pick up the accommodation.
The hotel is a charming family run place and comprises of a typical Asturian country house and a modern aparthotel building . We were in the apartments and they were very spacious with large comfortable beds and lovely views of the orchard garden and the mountains. Breakfast is good value for money . The hotel is situated about 2 km out of town but it’s a pleasant 20 min walk or a 6 euro taxi ride into the lovely little town of Llanes.
Hotel staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was not quite ready when we arrived but they directly to their lovely terrace for coffee and small snack while we waited (which they comped). Location to town was great! The area around the hotel was quieter but a short walk to a great old town area with some restraints nearby.

A beautiful family owned hotel. Originally a convent. The stunning dining room is the converted chapel. There is a beautiful outdoor terrace for breakfast and drinks. All the staff were incredibly helpful and obliging. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed on an extra night. It is brilliantly located near to the centre of town but you can walk to the port and the beaches.
Superb apartment furnished with everything you could need. Wonderful location a few steps from the town, but very quiet. Easy parking nearby. Fantastic communication with our host who was incredibly helpful with tips on where to eat and where to go. We absolutely loved our time in Llanes and we both said we would love to have stayed longer.

Everything- the best place we stayed in a three week touring trip- super comfy beds, all the extras included that you would get in a top hotel - we had a suite with lovely big patio- breakfast was lovely and staff were very kind so we ended up staying for 6 nights
Excellent hotel, we stopped for 2 nights before returning to uk. Great breakfast and traditional evening meal but a 5/10 minute walk to town if you want something different. Safe covered parking for motorcycles. Staff spoke very good English we will be back
To pick up the keys one has to drive to the main city Llanes to hotel-spa "La Hacienda de Don Juan", which is about a mile away form the property. The reception charge you a deposit of 100 eur on the top of the full price.
