Conveniently located off the highway. The staff that night was the nicest person I’ve ever met. There’s a small pasture behind the property and the cowbells sounded like wind chimes during the night. Great view of the mountains.

We enjoyed our stay. We were impressed by how clean the bathroom was. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We liked the design of the place, and the room was charming. We wish we had stayed longer. We missed the breakfast, which we imagine is nice.

Beautiful old town. Lovely cliff walks. Pretty little beach. We only stayed one night, because we are on the move, but could easily have stayed another 1 or 2 nights. The location of the hotel could not be better, overlooking the pretty beach and on the edge of the old town.
The hotel is lovely, and the staff really friendly and helpful. Our room had a fabulous view and was spacious. The rooms generally could be modernised with charging points. It was difficult to have a shower without soaking the bathroom floor.
Very disappointing and relatively expensive breakfast in the attached but separate restaurant below the hotel. If you have time, save your cash and stroll into town for your breakfast.

Beautiful. Great town to visit even for a few days. Beautiful beaches, plenty of eateries. La Amistad, was great to try Fabada and to watch waiters/waitresses pouring cider. Nice friendly people in the town. Quirky little shops. Nice walks along the coast and harbour.

Charming old working port and marina for private fishing boats and pleasure craft. Old quarter is full of handsome buildings, churches and so on, full of character. Lots of visitors but not oppressively touristy. Centre of town has loads of restaurants, with local specialities but also varied.

It makes a for a very pleasant place for 3 or 4 nights, lots of shops, bars and restaurants.

Llanes is a lively small town which a good range of restaurants, though note most have 8:30pm evening opening. Apart from the local beaches there are other good coastal towns close by. You about centrally placed for access to the East and West ends of the Picos de Europa which are a must visit place.
This was a wonderful stay for us in beautiful llanes. Las rocas is perfectly positioned overlooking the marina within yards of an array of great restaurants, bars and cafes.
Our room was very spacious with incredible views the bed was extremely comfortable everything was good. The staff were without exception kind and helpful and we felt very welcome. It was very good value for money and we feel strongly that the hotel is unfairly rated.on booking.com

We booked Llanes parlty because of the Guia festival. At the time of booking we didn't realise until the hotel informed us before our stay that this festival was passing right in front of the hotel. They gave us the option to cancel given some noise at night from this festival, however we wanted to make the most of the event and so didn't mind this. We were given a room with a view to be able to see this perfectly without crowds of people in the way. Well worth seeing.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The family run hotel has everything you need for an overall stay. Warm welcome and helpful owner ensured we got our stay off to a good start. We chose this hotel to go to restaurant Casa Poli that is only a five minute walk away. For that the location was perfect. Free, secure parking was a bonus. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Especially the Brownie. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it to others.
The location is perfect to walk around Llanes center, try the many restaurants, bars, and shops steps away, and get to stroll this beautiful town. The apartment is right on a pedestrian main street and since it is on the top floor you have beautiful views of the harbour and town. The patrons are very kind and helpful too. We are planning to go back soon!
The location -- near stores but not on a main café square; and on the way to the fishers' harbour -- was very good. The building has charm. Our room was cosy -- top floor, with some view of roof tops and mountains in the background. Nice clean bathroom/shower; with a separate additional sink.
Extremely friendly owner and host. I was the only guest off season but he took time to prepare an excellent breakfast for me. It was like being invited to their home not like staying at a hotel.

The view was stunning. We had a room overlooking rocks, the sea, and a sandy beach. We had free parking space near the hotel. The hotel is with light walkable distance to the city center and main attractions.
The property has a superb location right in the centre of Llanes. Everything is on walking distance and parking is near. The property is well heated so suitable for winter visits.
