Conveniently located off the highway. The staff that night was the nicest person I’ve ever met. There’s a small pasture behind the property and the cowbells sounded like wind chimes during the night. Great view of the mountains.

Beautiful. Great town to visit even for a few days. Beautiful beaches, plenty of eateries. La Amistad, was great to try Fabada and to watch waiters/waitresses pouring cider. Nice friendly people in the town. Quirky little shops. Nice walks along the coast and harbour.

Charming old working port and marina for private fishing boats and pleasure craft. Old quarter is full of handsome buildings, churches and so on, full of character. Lots of visitors but not oppressively touristy. Centre of town has loads of restaurants, with local specialities but also varied.

It makes a for a very pleasant place for 3 or 4 nights, lots of shops, bars and restaurants.

Llanes is a lively small town which a good range of restaurants, though note most have 8:30pm evening opening. Apart from the local beaches there are other good coastal towns close by. You about centrally placed for access to the East and West ends of the Picos de Europa which are a must visit place.

A natural paradise, beautiful beaches, proximity to the peaks of Europe. Good walking routes. A good gastronomic offer. Pleasant human atmosphere. A good average temperature. Buildings of fantastic architecture, great heritage.
A wonderful experience that the wife and I both needed given the crowding on the Camino and more especially just northern Spain. I love Spain intensely, but things have changed dramatically in just the last few years. The staff was great. They went out of their way to make things comfortable and inviting. The only thing that wasn't up to snuff was the lack of soap in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was just what we needed. Thanks!
This is a beautiful hotel, we only stayed one night and were tired after a long journey, so didn't see much of the hotel or local area. There is a small communal lounge where you can get a beer or coffee and seats out side to enjoy the sunshine and beautifully kept gardens also private parking on site. The staff were very helpful and friendly
Unbelievable location!!! Highly recommend. Great value. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Llanes. Llanes is a lovely town. Hotel adjacent to beach AND old town with a street of quaint restaurants (indoors and outdoors). Will come back, location great for visiting 32 beaches in Llanes region.
Room was very comfortable, with view to the sea, very well laid out and comfy bed and linen. Breakfast for 8 euro is very good value and recommended. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the town centre via the harbour, very close. I will return again the next time I am in Llanes
In summary we enjoyed our two week stay so much we are already trying to book for longer next year. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, the location excellent, the host very helpful. Llanes is a great place to linger longer. The apartment has everything you will need.
location is in the centre of Llanes so very easy walk to bars and restaurants . We traveled by motorbike and were offered free secure garage parking in the hotels garage about 250 meters away from hotel. (not large enough to take customers cars as it’s used for storage)
To pick up the keys one has to drive to the main city Llanes to hotel-spa "La Hacienda de Don Juan", which is about a mile away form the property. The reception charge you a deposit of 100 eur on the top of the full price.
The welcome. One of the most delightful receptions that I have experienced. The surprise that awaited us in the bathroom was exceptional. The reception parking and the secure parking adjacent to the hotel.
What a beautiful place Llanes is, Las Roca's was in a perfect position within the area, overlooking the Estuary, the rooms were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful
