A quiet, serviceable hotel if you have business around Las Rozas. Nice comfy beds, excellent breakfast buffet, and the lobby area has been remodeled, to great effect. Has free parking on premise. Also, right next to Pinar de las Rozas train station and a HUGE Carrefour. I always stay here when I need to go to Madrid. Out of the way and quiet but well enough connected.

It is a new apartment with glimmering white walls and kitchen appliances. The shower has excellent water pressure, essential after a long flight. They are conveniently located near Las Rozas Village and Heron City. The owners are friendly, and the beds are comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We came back for two more nights!

Good clean rooms - free tea and coffee in the reception area - close to a few bars and restaurants - near to an area where we were able to exercise our dog - plenty of free parking on site - pleasant staff - good breakfast

The hotel was great the staff friendly! The only negative was the lack of air conditioning due to time of the year, this meant the room was too hot!
The bar was closed and if we had know. This would not of booked , after work we like a relaxing drink

Yet there is no traffic noise.The night we stayed the hotel restaurant was closed- but there is a fabulous restaurant, literally opposite the hotel entrance.We had a dog friendly room- excellent.Grassed areas around the hotel( don't forget to take poo bags!)

It was very convenient for an overnight stop. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and it was very clean. We will definitely recommend it.. We ate in the hotel: the menu was limited but the food was good.

Very clean and well appointed rooms. Quiet. Great air conditioning. Comfortable bed. Staff was uniformly great. I had come from the Westin La Quinta in southern Spain where my room was regularly filled with nauseous cigarette smoke day and night and the management was terrible about dealing with it and were generally aloof and disconnected. This place was the opposite. I will definitely stay here again.
The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful! The location is not of my favorite however, it was seven minutes away from the outlets, and that was the purpose of our trip. The room was a pretty good size. The breakfast was OK nothing to die for. behind the hotel, it’s a walk path to the train station, which takes five minutes walking. do you only food around that area is franchise.
Very well placed for access to main North South motorways. Quiet accommodation and tastefully simply decorated. Access from free secure parking direct to hotel and accommodation by lift a very important bonus and simple to use. Comfortable accommodation with very effective A/C and excellent walk-in shower facility in bathroom. Front desk staff excellent.
The hotel is simple but meets all traveller requirements and is exceptionally clean, with a strong hygiene strategy to minimise Covid-19 risks. The location is very convenient if one wants to be outside the hustle of the city, but close to main roads to get around. The hotel is very quiet. Also liked that every room has a balcony.
The hotel is at a location nearby Madrid, with easy access to the main highways that make it well connected to some parts of the city (like "Ciudad Universitaria", for example). The room is convenient, and there is a good table with good light, you can work (or tele-work) from there easily. Good price for money.
The rooms (bedroom, kitchen, living room) were spacious and kept clean every day. The staff were friendly and helpful despite our changing plans. They were ready to accommodate our change of plans flexibly. The air conditioning was wonderful in the Madrid summer heat. There was a bath tub in our apartment.
clean room, good location with regards to train line. Madrid Atocha and El Escorial within easy reach and Segovia too but that requires two platform changes. integrated car garage and room was handy. room service food was quite good. staff were friendly.
Comfortable beds, huge window which was possible to open, free parking right down from our windows. Big shopping malls and the outlet mall about 10minute drive away. Downtown Madrid was about 20-25minute drive away.
The hotel is pretty basic but it was good for what we needed, Las Rozas outlet and shoping mall is near by and if you are on the way from Madrid to north of Madrid it is good option. Breakfast was simple and good

Staff gave me finally a good solution for the availability of parking inside the hotel.
The hotel is very comfortable, clean, staff is excellent. One thing I would suggest is to add a simple coffee machine but the staff provided me a water boiler so no issue.
Close to Las Rozas Village, Big apartment with air conditioning in every room, nice swimming pool. The homeowner is super friendly and willing to help as needed
