The hotel was clean and modern throughout.
The hotel was clean and modern throughout. A great night stop hotel as we were traveling from France to Malaga. The continental breakfast was well worth the extra €10.
One thing to note the rooms were a bit stuffy as the A/C didn’t seem to work properly. Couldn’t get it colder than about 21 degrees.

Generally good.
Generally good. Just a place to visit for business porpuses. Eating at La Verbena was good, but at Asador Errazki was much better. My only complain: the toilet maintenance... not so clean and very old. They should renew them (men and women's ones) and have someone to keep them clean.

I didn't like the hotel at all and the reception was no better, the last day the lady who was at the reception was very rude to me.
I do not recommend it to anyone, it does not have four stars I think I would not give it more than two stars

If you are interested in visiting Madrid I recommend you stay somewhere else nearer to the public transport system (which is excellent). A lack of anywhere within easy walking distance of the hotel meant we ate dinner in the hotel both evenings. Getafe seems to be an industrial suburb of Madrid - poor choice for tourists.
As soon as you enter the hotel, everything just feels very stylish and classy. The waiting room and reception were very impressive, with lovely modern furniture and a lot of natural light. The lady on Reception was very helpful, giving us recommendations for where to eat and the best ways to walk around various sights within the day we were there. The room was incredibly clean and tidy, and very well decorated. I found the bed very comfortable.
We were going to the MadCool music festival and needed a hotel nearby. It was ideal for our needs. Rooms are a good size and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of storage in the wardrobes if you're staying for business. There's restaurants, a supermarket and the station a short walk away. There's also ample parking outside and in the basement.
Hotel room big but not useful. No iron board there is iron!!! Suggestion is iron on the bed!
4 star is not suitable for this hotel, max deserves 3 star.. not proper hair dryer, and no dusch phone.. old furnishes..i asked the prepare two invoices in advance, they gave me 2 copies.. too lazy staff..never stay again..
We like that we're so close to Costco on our way through Madrid. It's close to the freeway to get on or off. The beds are super comfy. Best sleep in a long time. The first desk staff were very nice. We didn't get the breakfast as we had to leave quickly in the morning. Sad the pool was still closed.
It's literally beside a shopping mall (a five minute walk). There are several stores (Nike, Adidas, Pull and Bear, etc) and a huge supermarket. Several restaurants, bars, a movie theater. It's 25 minutes from Aeropuerto Adolfo Suarez. It's going to be my first choice when I fly out of Madrid.
The hotel is similar to other Ibis hotels. Rooms are minimalistic - but they have everything you need. They are clean, have enough space and new furniture. There is a possibility for breakfast (it costs around 7 euros I think) and it contains everything a quality breakfast should have.
Easy access, clean and affordable stay, close to the city historical centre - where you can find restaurants, bars, etc.
10 minutes walk to the Getafe Central station. Lidl across the street, other supermarkets close by.
It was a nice surprise the concept of the hotel. Like a small houses .
We've parked for free under our room.
There was a nice looking swimming pool ,but we couldn't enjoy it because of the weather
It was like a hotel , very clean , great bed , I would stay again just for the bed , friendly helpfull staff , had a great chat with David on reception , what a nice guy , will definately stay again.
