Very clean and big room for a couple. The owner was very nice and accommodated us when we arrived at night. It's located in a residential area and you have your privacy from the owners house as it's in the same area. There are basic equipment to heat food and make tea or coffee, also breakfast (bread, jam, milk etc) provided. Walking distance to restaurants. It's also cheap and good value comparing it to other accommodation options in Tenerife

The floor is comfortable, with a beautiful sunny balcony in the morning where you can have breakfast and put your clothes out to dry. It’s also clean, has a hairdryer, towels, iron, closet with handles, a comfortable bed and sofa, a smart TV and all kitchen utensils to have an excelent stay. There is no air conditioning, but there is a fan and it was not even necessary to use it, because the climate in Tenerife is very good. There is a mini market just below the apartment and the best supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidle) alai very close, where you can go by walking too.
