From the outset, all staff were courteous and professional. They were very helpful with any request. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is literally across the road from the beach. The hotel gave us chairs, beach towels and a sun umbrella to use on the beach for a €20 deposit. The room had a balcony with a view of the beach and promenade which was lovely to wake up to. There are lots of restaurants on the promenade with something for all tastes.
A minutes walk from Campellos beach this hotel has spacious bedrooms, some of them with private terrace and studios with equipped kitchens. The perfect spot for exploring Valencia's coastline.

Everything was just wonderful. The room was extremely comfortable and felt like brand new.
Location was just half a block from the beachfront and surprisingly quiet neighborhood.

We love El Campello. The tram is a good way to get about. We use it to visit Benidorm, Altea and other places along the coast. There are lots of shops and nice restaurants.We had some very good meals and snacks. The beaches are clean and stretch for miles. The people are very helpful and friendly.
There was nothing about our stay that we didn't like. We will be visiting El Campello again very soon.

We love el campello ,especially as our family son daughter-in-law and grandson live there ,it’s a lovely holiday resort,so easy to use the tram to visit Alicante old town .the apartment was perfect for us ,on the sea front and close to our family’s apartment.lots of lovely bars and restaurants definitely recommend it especially for families

The Tram system is excellent.
The Tram system is excellent. Buy a multi trip card at the Tram Station. Get a timetable..Trams can be every 30mins.
There are fast Trams to Alicante with limited stops. Change at Benidorm for the diesel Railcar to Denia. Beach and Restaurants are very good..Local shops excellent
I would recommend visit to the Tourist Office very friendly.

El Campello is a lovely suburb 25 mins on tram from Alicante.
Gorgeous beach and esplanade to walk along with cafes, restaurants and bars. Beautiful sea views. Selection of supermarkets, banks, chemists, hairdressers etc. Great place for relaxation, sun, views and easy access to Alicante and airport.
Apartment was clean good size with two bathrooms and nice large balcony. Fully equipped kitchen smart TV and WiFi football pitch and table tennis on site ideal apartment for myself and two teenagers. Hosts were great met us with keys on arrival and when we left.
The area itself is fairly quiet compared to other resorts but lovely beaches, nice restaurants and shops within 10/15 min walk. Also the tram is right outside so very easy (and cheap) to get to Alicante/ other beaches and even Benidorm if you want to.
All was perfect! The best of all is - we had our own place and space near by sea! Not a room, but a place! Perfect!

We had a wonderful time. The host is very welcoming and accommodating. We rented 3 apartments in total for 12 people (incl. 3 kids between 11-15) and were all happy. Generous facilities - we stay in apartments a lot and these were definitely the best equipped. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, very close to shops and restaurants, tram station nearby, with easy access to Alicante and other locations. Only 20 something minutes from Alicante airport.
Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our unit was on the 7th floor and had a great view of the ocean and mountains and overlooked a nice park. It was very spacious and clean. Bed was large and comfortable. Tram was 2 blocks away and was perfect for getting into Alicante or up the coast to Benidorm. Grocery stores within walking distance and beachfront with lots of restaurants close by. Having a free washer and dryer onsite was another bonus.

Minu market 4 minute walk, 2 cafes right beside us and , a lovely restaurant aswell which we had lunch in and dinner one night also.
Tram line is a 2 minute walk, 30 minute journey into Alicante town which was perfect as the kids loved the tram.

Room was spacious with nice view from balcony towards El Campello and the Med. Food was good with large variety of cold and cooked meals available. Hard to judge all the facilities and entertainment as we were slightly out of season. Small gym but free to use. Good pool area that would be great come the summer season.
I have stayed many times and given a 10 every time. To sum up. La Familia is superbly located, spotlessly clean, has a great restaurant and has outstanding staff who stop at nothing to look after your needs. I will be back soon for another relaxing stay in your excellent hotel in the wonderful El Campello.
Very nice reception staff. Very clean apartment. Good room facilities. Free use of washing machines and tumble dryers. Clean and modern complex. Near to seafront. Would definitely return. No complaints. After touring through France and Spain, Ahoy had the cheapest private car parking so far.
This was a wonderful find. The apartment has everything you need and is perfectly located to explore El Campello, and also to use the tram to explore the wider area. Steve was welcoming and friendly and very helpful, both in advance of our trip and when we arrived. Thank you.

Spacious rooms with everything necessary. We were able to stay comfortably with our dog. Its easy to go around with a car, in 20 minutes you can go to Alicante or Benidorm. SPA and gym was small but still useful.
It’s a quaint little village of apartments, with an amazing sea view from our balcony.
A local bus can take you to el campello for €1.50 from outside the hotel but timings can be hit and miss !
