Great overall experience, staff was very friendly and helpful, The buffet was good especially the dinner, aquafun was nice and not crowded. The lobby and common areas are big and clean, the bar was good as well

It was a great value... very inexpensive. If your budget allows, I would try for something better. For relaxation and "easy" it was fine. If I came back, I'd opt for something... nicer.

The rooms and all the hotel areas, pools were clean, had direct beach with warmer indoor pool and colder outdoor pools. They offered various meal options. Unfortunately, for a single night stay "all inclusive" meal option was not available. It is only offered with 4+ nights stay.
The infinity pool was lovely and the hotel was not too crowded. We had option to get an early check-in without getting the room and could use the hotel facilities until our room was ready.
After the check-out we could also use the hotel facilities and store our luggages in a safe luggage room.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and they did their best to accommodate our needs.

The location was beautiful. It was also pet friendly. There was no contact check in which we appreciate. The townhouse itself was nice and clean with gorgeous views.

It was mainly visited by Spaniards, which I liked, that´s why the food was that way, too. The rooms were good, so was the pool and the entertainment for those who took part in it. There is barely anything around the hotel. The village is kind of "artificial". That makes it quiet and interesting for golfers, because they have quiet some choices there.

Hotel is very clean, laid out well, and a great value for the money. Location would be perfect for holiday/ vacation travel, especially if you golf. Is also only about 10 minutes to downtown Rota.
Location is very limited for restaurant options. Breakfast buffet is very nice and reasonably priced (I got mine as a part of my room charge). Lunch and Dinner are pricey for the buffet. They do have a Bar/ Lounge option for food as well.
They now charge for parking- there are spaces on the street but not a lot over the weekends.
They do not have an iron or ironing board.
We stayed a week and with a small children, lovely place to go with children, hotel organizations is for families, so all activities are organized for small children. Staff very friendly and welcoming, food very good and varied all through the week. If you Don't like something to eat there are different options. Recommend the water park with slides, clean and many life guards for every pool or slides, i could relax and enjoy and did not have any worries about my child drowning. Good service at the water park bar/cafetaria.
When booking my room, I didn’t realize how big it would be, which suitable for family with kids. Anyways, enjoyed there tremendously as it had beautiful and spacious terrace overlooking pool area, where you can sun bath. The bathroom was another star of this place as it had beautiful tiles and spacious tube. Pool was clean and has jacuzzi and very affordable bar. Overall, it’s perfect getaway for families or group of friends, and it also has all inclusive options with buffet restaurant.
The food was great ( buffet style 20€), room very clean, bed was a excellent size & comfy and everyone was friendly. Parking was challenging outside the hotel due to public parking, but the hotel has Parking which I find more convenient for 9€. The beach is a short walk and the property has plenty of pool areas to enjoy.. This is an family friendly atmosphere with lots of activities for the kids.. Overall my stay was great.

This was our second stay in the last two weeks at this hotel which shows how much we enjoy it. We included Half Board this time and found it to be a good value. Breakfast is great with Omelettes and Smoothies. Just booked for a third stay.
A huge hotel, close to the beach. A good choice if you intend to stay there with children. The rooms are clean and modern and quite spacious often with a nice balcony. Breakfast and dinner was fine, but could be busy at certain times.
The room was clean and had a nice view. I liked the hotel's buffet dinner which is very reasonably priced and has a good selection too. The rooms are spacious, although it is weird that there are mirrors everywhere.
The hotel has great potential. The pools are amazing with slides and aqua parks for the children. A lovely Michelin star restaurant on site and easy access to the beach. Room was dated but beds very comfortable.
Perfect location, out of season there were not many guess in the hotel, but we enjoyed almost empty beach. Very good quality of breakfast and dinner, very good service and very good value for money.
Our 2nd stay here. Everything literally has been improved, hotel facilities, food, attractions in just 2 months difference.
Looking forward to returning again, hopefully for a longer period.
