The first thing I need to mention is the staff. JS Sol, you have an astonishing team of people. They are always there for you, always smiling and always ready to help.
I hope that you are doing everything you can to hold on to them.
The hotel is located in a great location. It is really close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bus stop. The rooms are a little dated, but everything is functional. You will have a good variety of food, but the quality could be improved.

Absolute diamond of a hotel. The beach from bar made us feel like we were in the Caribbean. The animator David was brilliant, funny and worked so hard to keep everyone entertained.

Good location if you want to spend time on the northern part of Mallorca. Nice town with a nice avenue next to the beach. Good restaurants with nice view or not so loud restaurants with cheaper prices in the other streets. Definitely family friendly.

Nice shopping streets, but every shop sell the same Chinese made whatever :)

What was really bad is the rubbish. it was everywhere on the streets. Not next to the sea, but in the other streets. The rubbish containers were always full, but there were no people at all to clean the streets. Very disappointed. People also cannot use the selective rubbish container, but maybe the are not locals.

I think being away from the madness of other resorts makes...
I think being away from the madness of other resorts makes this place nice. It doesn't have crazy parties etc so you can come for 1 week, enjoy.the sun sea sand, a few drinks, some excursions like the Drach caves, then go home.

Since it's a bay area, the sea is only tender for quite short time like 2h during the morning. Not really recommend for Non-swimmer. Water is still beautiful. So is the sunset with all the mountain view afar.
Along the beach there're many restaurants, SPAR supermarket, Cafes.etc. Event managers may approach hot girls/boys on the beach inviting you to some nice party nights.
Good side is it's convenient if you need anything from the beach.
But if you're let's say "advanced" beach lover this part of Can Picafort may be touristic for you, and smaller rock side turquois-blue beach where the locals prefer might be the happier place for you rather than the long white sand beach.
Getting around Can Picafort is easy and chill.
It's also easy to go to Formentor for the landscape view - 40 euro by taxi.
On the way to Formentor (or the way back) you could also drop by Alcudia town.
In general, a little bit mediocre area - with almost everything you need if you're here to relax, not adventure.

The 3km walk on the prominade was very present.
The 3km walk on the prominade was very present. You see the statues along the sea shore which look better at night. Many restaurants along the prominade and good shops further inland for the avid shopper. You might expect that the tree material washed up on the shore would be removed, alas not at this point in early May. And I am not a beach bunny. You can travel by bus to Alcudia and further afield where you tap your credit card going on and off the bus and is better than a fixed fare. An ok location for cycling.
The location is superb, just a few minutes wander to the beach. Shops and beach bars are all around. Hotel seems newly renovated, spacious and bright lobby. Rooms not big, but comfortable beds. Staff is very kind and helpful. The pool area is calm, good for relax. 5* for the food. Great variety for breakfast and dinner. Each evening differently themed dinner, so during 7 days stay there were only a few of repeated dishes. And I liked the fact that it is an adult hotel. Well spent time here. Overall good value for money.

The street parking was easy around the hotel and also free. The breakfast was good, a lot of varieties of bread, savory and sweets. The bed and pillow was comfortable and the AC in the room worked great. There was plenty of space for storing our clothes with shelves and hangers. The balcony had a small clothesline, good for hanging towels and swimsuit. The pressure and temperature of the shower was really good.
The villa was well presented and clean. The two bathrooms have recently been updated and are clean and modern (not reflected in photos). It is spacious and comfortable and was well equipped for cooking. The location is brilliant for walking to the beach, local shops and restaurants and there is a Lidl 5 minutes up the road for shopping. The can picafort train can be accessed nearby also.
the best apartment in Mallorca we have been to in the last six years! Everything was top quality "from top to toe" - cleaning, comfortable beds, modern and stylish furniture, the place itself ... The owner is very kind and friendly, he has pays a unique attention to detail, everything was just perfect! We will happily recommend this place to our friends and family.
Very nice clean property, great value and great breakfast. Good location close to restaurants and couple blocks from ocean. I would recommend-we had a rental car so great base location to explore other areas. If no rental you have 10 min walk to bustling beach area and 5 min to quieter beach near hotel Sau Baulo.
Lovely finca with everything you need for a family holiday just outside of can Picafort (you need to hire a car!). We appreciated the welcome pack and the basic supplies all provided that meant we didn’t have to turn around straight away to go shopping on arrival.
This was the best location and the most beautiful beachfront view. They provided plates cups dish soap everything that made the stay feel so comfortable and at home. The staff was so helpful in helping me figure out what busses to take and were just very polite.

It’s my wife’s birthday and they gave us a bottle of cava and prepared a surprise for us during the dinner. It was a nice touch as we were not expecting it.
It was the perfect location and our room had a sea view. The hotel was clean, had everything we needed, the breakfast was lovely. Additionally, the restaurant downstairs was excellent, which was a bonus - best food we had on our trip.
