The apartment is just in front of the sea, and has a big balcony that you can sit and relax.
In 5 minutes walk there is a nice swimming spot and a sandy beach is only 15 minutes walk.

We stayed on a rural agroturismo outside Campos. A car is helpful/needed to go to outside restaurants, beaches, ports and they are worth the visit. The island in general is very clean, houses in good condition as well as the roads.

Not the most obvious destination in Majorque, but in fact...
Not the most obvious destination in Majorque, but in fact you are close to everything, in particular the best beaches on the island (south-eastern coast). The countryside is very quiet. The village is pleasant and offers a very diverse collections of restaurants, from the traditional bodega to top-class cuisine (Tess de Mar).
Toni is a great host, well organised and responsive to questions. Upfront to our stay and during our stay. A couple of weeks before our stay Toni reached out with some questions (formality paper work) and we again exchanged te address to collect the keys and how we could reach each other when we arrived at Mallorca.
Son Mas is as shown on the pictures. Nice green place to stay a few km away form Campos were you will find some restaurants and a supermarkets. A rental car is recommended to enable you to get to Campos or other places.
The list with everything we liked about the property is a long one. To cut it short, we had an incredible stay. The staff were always friendly and super helpful. The rooms are very clean and the large property is very well maintained. Breakfast was also very nice - there are not many things, but the essentials are present and are very well made. Dinner at the restaurant was a joy and it was lovely that we always received complimentary dishes from the kitchen. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel!
Wonderful beaches nearby (by car), Mondragó was our favorite.
It's like an apartment, with two bedrooms each with their own bathroom, so great when you're traveling with children. Having a kitchen (complete with dishwasher) is very convenient too.
Guillermo was really kind and helpful, promptly addressing the problem of a clogged drain in one of the showers.
The swimming pool is fantastic. A great portion of it is shallow (1m) so children have plenty of space to play safely.
The property is well located in Sa Rapita, nevertheless a car is recommended in order to reach the nearby beaches and get to know the island .
The house has all the facilities you need for the holidays.
Although we had a problem with one of the AC systems in one part of the house ( did not work and could not be repaired) the owner and management company where very fair and profesional offering us a price reduction, which we accepted.

The staff was incredibly friendly, our accommodations were perfect for our family of four and the breakfast each morning was delicious. We did dinner at the hotel one evening and it was wonderful. They evening made special dishes for the children. We drove to many of the beaches each day and explored some of the towns nearby. It was nice to retreat to a quiet location at the end of each day. We would love to visit again!
We loved absolutely everything about this place, from the outstanding beauty of the hotel and surroundings, in harmony with the amazing nature, to the calmness and tranquility of the environment, its locally produced products, the friendliness of the owners and staff. Ventura, one of the owners, is particularly nice and a kind soul, very resourceful as well if you have any questions :)
Beautiful hotel, our room was in a ‘villa’ off from the main house. it’s a small hotel, 17 rooms but feels quieter. 2 non-heated pools but perfect to swim in and water was fresh - no chemicals and felt like you could drink it. The only sound was nature… birds and crickets at night plus a few whoops and howls I wasn’t sure of. Tne nature, the quiet, the calmness … perfect
The location is great, near Campos (many supermarkets and cute town), and also near many sights like Santanyi, Colonia San Jordi.. beaches like Es Trenc and Mondrago are close by.
The house is good, with a beautiful outside area, fully equiped kitchen, 3 rooms (only 1 bathroom), AC hot/cold in all rooms. And bikes which we used a lot to get around.
We felt very welcome. Kettle and fridge available and excellent Wi-Fi. Great breakfast with excellent service. We enjoyed the use of the swimming pool and were happy to be supplied with both pool/ beach towels and dressing gowns. This is a very authentic, almost old fashioned hotel.
It is hidden behind big trees and orchards and tugged away in the green, yet close to Campos and to the sea. Quiet, only birds chirping and palm trees in the breeze. Clean, cozy, great pool, lots of room between each table or Bali beds, linens and mattress were optimal, staff super.
This hotel is from another world. Peaceful. Beautiful. In the middle of nowhere. THE PERFECT PLACE for a timeout and holidays. The vibes of this beautiful property is amazing! The staff is super super kind and helpful. They created a paradise. A big recommendation from my side!

Very cozy and nicely designed hotel in the city center of Campos. Only a couple of rooms which makes for a great atmosphere. Two great restaurants are available in house. Palma as well as beautiful beaches are quickly reachable by car.
