The owner sent us video instructions as to where to pick up the keys from and get into the apartment, so there was no confusion about it. The apartment is very clean, well put together and it felt very cozy.

I was on a long trip and was hoping to relax at the pool for a couple of days but the pool wasn't open and the grounds were unkempt. Getting in and out of Seville was challenging as I ended up having to take taxis for at least half of my stay which made this venue way more expensive than I had planned. I didn't feel safe in the evenings walking from the bus stop and the staff were not as helpful as they could have been regarding transportation options. While I was staying in the apartments I wasn't aware of the restaurant options that were available in the hotel or the neighbourhood attached to this venue. There was a good supermarket however within 5 minutes walking. The local community was friendly and gave me a different view of Bormujos and how life is in the suburbs rather than the city of Seville.
Wonderful hostess. Nice room and clean and I mean CLEAN! Really nice newer clean bathroom all in tile and marble / quartz. Safe area and quiet area and ability to park the car inside the gate. lots of wardrobe space! Walking distance to Aldi where we took an uber to go into downtown oldtown Sevilla for 20 euros each way so that we didn't have to worry about finding/paying for parking and risk the car being broken into. great wifi for email and web surfing.
I always stay at this hotel when I visit Seville and on this particular occasion the manager Antonio was extremely helpful in resolving a matter I had brought to his attention. His level of customer service and professionalism was absolutely outstanding and I can’t commend him enough. Thank-you Antonio and your Team at reception.. You really went above and beyond and I really look forward to my Stay again in December
The room was very nice and clean. Hotel has also garage for free.The welcoming was very nice, at the reception helped us with everything we needed to know. Hotel is not in center but there are bus stations around. Hotel has also restaurant with great paella, swimming pool. The breakfast was fabulous! (Salmon, avocado, champagne,.. Love it!)
The apartment was in a complex of apartments and hotel combined. It was therefore like a small hotel suite and seemed to be quite a secure and well maintained environment. The free wifi was easy to connect to. There was a restaurant in the hotel section that one could use for lunch or dinner. Bormujos seems to be a nice neighbourhood.
the owner lady is very nice and helpful, she is always available via chat to help to solve any problem. parking is very good, easy to drive in. room is proper equiped. the apartment is part of the a hotel, which is easy to eat in their restaurant. supermarkt is very close.
We liked the fact the bus station to Sevilla center was close enough and the room was comfortable enough. There was machine that sells water and juices for 1 euro which is very affordable. Cleaning ladies are very nice. They even helped us get a kettle for the room.

Very clean, comfortable, welcoming owner. I’ve stayed here a couple of times while visiting Skydive Spain. It’s about a 25min drive to the DZ and a 15min walk to bars and restaurants in Bormujos.
