I was on a long trip and was hoping to relax at the pool for a couple of days but the pool wasn't open and the grounds were unkempt. Getting in and out of Seville was challenging as I ended up having to take taxis for at least half of my stay which made this venue way more expensive than I had planned. I didn't feel safe in the evenings walking from the bus stop and the staff were not as helpful as they could have been regarding transportation options. While I was staying in the apartments I wasn't aware of the restaurant options that were available in the hotel or the neighbourhood attached to this venue. There was a good supermarket however within 5 minutes walking. The local community was friendly and gave me a different view of Bormujos and how life is in the suburbs rather than the city of Seville.
Wonderful hostess. Nice room and clean and I mean CLEAN! Really nice newer clean bathroom all in tile and marble / quartz. Safe area and quiet area and ability to park the car inside the gate. lots of wardrobe space! Walking distance to Aldi where we took an uber to go into downtown oldtown Sevilla for 20 euros each way so that we didn't have to worry about finding/paying for parking and risk the car being broken into. great wifi for email and web surfing.
The apartment was in a complex of apartments and hotel combined. It was therefore like a small hotel suite and seemed to be quite a secure and well maintained environment. The free wifi was easy to connect to. There was a restaurant in the hotel section that one could use for lunch or dinner. Bormujos seems to be a nice neighbourhood.
the owner lady is very nice and helpful, she is always available via chat to help to solve any problem. parking is very good, easy to drive in. room is proper equiped. the apartment is part of the a hotel, which is easy to eat in their restaurant. supermarkt is very close.
We liked the fact the bus station to Sevilla center was close enough and the room was comfortable enough. There was machine that sells water and juices for 1 euro which is very affordable. Cleaning ladies are very nice. They even helped us get a kettle for the room.
Overall the experience was great. It was a comfortable stay. The staff has been extremely kind and helpful whenever I've asked them for something. No complains. If I come back to Seville, I'll stay here at Domocenter again.
Very clean, comfortable, welcoming owner. I’ve stayed here a couple of times while visiting Skydive Spain. It’s about a 25min drive to the DZ and a 15min walk to bars and restaurants in Bormujos.

Clean confortable and Mr Ivan is helpful person even if I arrived late night he didn't hesitate to help the transport to Sevilla is close just 2 minutes from the apartour.
The geographical positioning of the hotel is pretty good. The parking is good. The receptionists are talented. On the whole, the hotel is convenient for family stays.
