Right on the plaza mayor, opposite the church.
Plenty of stairs, but also plenty of charm.
Responsive yet invisible host.

The mountain views are very nice. The reality of what you find when you´re finally up there is more impresive than what you see in the booking pictures.

Located in the central square of Ainsa, you have easy access to everything in this charming medieval village.
You can unpack your car right outside the hotel, then drive it a short distance to the public car park. It's very picturesque. The hotel is small, and quite compact, so don't expect a large , luxury room, but comfortable with a modest breakfast downstairs.
Boltana old town up the hill was lovely. The new town at bottom of hill was good. We were travelling through the pyrenees, this was a one night stay but sure there could be much more close that would make a longer stay worthwhile.

Self-checkin worked well received text message instructions all good. The room was clean, the bathroom also and a good working shower. Location brilliant write in the heart of the old town with two bars on your doorstep and lovely restaurants near by.
Parking a bit of an issue, probably depends on what time of year you stay. First night had to park at bottom of road and then had to drive around the old town to get back to front of house. Otherwise fantastic value for money.

The Monasterio Barcelo added 10% to our accommodation and meal charges and 21% to our Spa use fees. This amounted to over 65 euros extra to our bill for a two night stay, and we couldn’t even get a table at the restaurant. Parking charges are outrageous as the hotel is on the edge of a small village in the middle of the countryside.

Beautiful building and surroundings.
Beautiful building and surroundings. The room was luxurious with big bed and lots of space. Cooked breakfast available and good with fresh orange juice. Loved the outdoor cafe. Very friendly staff and service
We ate dinner at the two nearest restaurants (walking distance) and food was excellent
Really nice historic town. Nice restaurants & bars. Great place to stay for a couple of days. Casa Coronel is a great restaurant - best meal I had during the whole holiday, and great value.
Tough climb up the hill to the old castle - but great views of the town and surrounding area. Don't follow Google to get through the narrow roads in the old town.
Lovely hotel, nice pool with jets, so if the weather is warm you have no need to book the spa unless you want a treatment. Good public areas although a few cosy chairs next to a bar would be good. Bar has tables with hard chairs only. Great lunch choice and reasonable price, lift to the rooms, comfortable beds and everywhere was very clean. Good breakfast with hot and cold choices. Lots of parking and although there were a couple of functions going on there was no noise.
This is a very imposing hotel which looks lovely both outside and in . We were lucky to be there in September as I would think it is not that pleasant in high season as it is a very large establishment. The rooms are fine - bed very comfortable and shower very good. Breakfast was very good also with plenty of choice. The outside pool was lovely . Reception staff very welcoming and helpful .
The hotel is very unique and gives great atmosphere since it was an old monastery.
the rooms are not very big but enough for what you need. in once of the rooms we had our three teenagers which could have use a bit more space.
the Breakfast is great with many options to choose from.
we did not eat dinner at the restaurant but just ate a great hamburger and drunk wine at the bar.
Well located for touring a beautiful part of Spain. This hotel has been completely refurbished. The superior double room has
a balcony, a 6 foot bed and is very well appointed, with excellent bath and shower facilities. The breakfast had a large choice
of food. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
All in all very comfortable indeed. Would I stay again? Most definitely.
The hotel staff were very friendly. Service at the cafe was fast and they gave us complimentary olives with our drinks. The bed was huge and very comfy. The rooms air conditioning worked well. Room was spacious. Cooked breakfast was available and freshly squeezed orange juice Check out was efficient. Loved the cafe bar area outside in the garden with shaded tables

Very hospitable accommodations with comfortable room and bed. Large bathroom with good shower. Good breakfasts and great location to see Ordesa and Mount Perdida National Park. Staff was all very pleasant. Also enjoyed the general ambiance and artwork in the hotel. Seemed to be well-managed.
The breakfast was excellent, comparable to Parador breakfasts. The host of the breakfast meal was Magnolia and she is the most exceptional host I have ever encountered at an hotel.: professional. warm, effervescent, kind to her staff and visitors.
It's in a great location, the monastery is gorgeous, and has classy interior design. The room was comfy, good breakfast. The spa is decent, but small and overpriced. Great massages, but overpriced as well. The staff was mostly friendly.
we arrived late because of the N260 being closed we did not arrive until 20:00 hrs , but arrangements had been made for us to enter the Hotel. soon after arriving the young lady in charge arrived, and helped us to settle in
Beautiful location, easy to find. A nice change from big hotels. Friendly owner who made contact with directions and even booked us a table at a local restaurant which was superb. Highly recommend a stay here ☺️
Really nice hotel, spotlessly clean, comfortable well equipped rooms. Good breakfast. Decent restaurant on site. Ample parking.
Good location. Very friendly staff. Dogs made very welcome. Reasonably priced.
