Like being on a little resort. The hotel is located in a quite small area with difficult access so the beaches and area is not so crowded. Great the availability of parking on site. Our room had views of the small beach in front. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choice and sitting in the terrace with sea views was precious. The pool was also a nice addition to going to the 4 beaches close by to the hotel. Staff at the reception and breakfast were cordial, nice and helpful at all times. A place that stays on our bucket list for a weekend getaway.

Begur is an upscale village. A bit touristy but very nice and clean. No graffiti, no dog poop, no homeless. There are several beautiful beaches nearby to choose from. We would love to come back, or even buy a vacation property here. Just gorgeous! The little pizza place near our hotel surprisingly has excellent Italian food.

Nice historical city, nice view point from the castle, but nothing more to see there, unfortunately the shops were closed btw 11-17o'clock, some restaurants were open to have a beverage. For short visit it is sufficient.

A beautiful town, with great hikes available in the area. There are also several beaches, although they require some hiking to get to, but are absolutely stunning. This is a lovely destination for out-of-season travel! We were here in March and it was perfect. We were warned that it becomes very very busy in summer.

Medieval village, well looked after, quiet, espectacular views from the castle, nice houses and stroll.
It depends of what you're looking for. I have heard is very busy during high season so, too small for a crowd. A car is needed to get there and to move around the area. However, parking facilities are scarce.

Going to the beaches and walking from beach to beach was very enjoyable.
We used the summer bus to get to and from the beaches, only one Euro, but the last day of the bus was 17th September so after that we took a taxi, 19 euro each way.
It wasn't easy to find a table to eat in Begur when we Spoke English, luckily my partners French is very good, we appeared to get better service when he talked French.
The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a balcony (perfect for when we got our little one to sleep but wanted to still enjoy the sun). The pool is fantastic too, though you're not far from the beach and wonderful restaurants, having a pool for ease was great. Plus, free parking for hotel guests is fantastic (especially given parking is so limited elsewhere). Highly recommend!
Miguel was a friendly, amusing & helpful host and as were all his family with whom I met.
Outstandingly delicious food.
Views from the dining room balcony were a real feature.
I met nearly all the guests staying there which made for an even more enjoyable stay.
Location is not far from Begur Town Centre & a B.P. garage for petrol is conveniently just up the road from the hotel.
What a lovely little hotel in the old town of Begur. Simple but stylish and very clean and comfortable. We had a room at the back which had a beautiful view of the town and hills. The breakfast was very nice, especially the little croissants which looked homemade.
Excellent hotel. Excellent value for money. high level, more than honest price. a little outside Begur but the view and the structure make up for it. highly recommended
