The town has got quite a long history and it is even not a small one, however there are not many things interesting for tourists. We do not like frutti di mare and it was difficult to find out anything else in the restaurants or bars there. Beaches are not large, often dirty by dogs and crowded by nudists (nudists have got a dedicated beach nearby, but they come everywhere). If you are there, go to the port (nice place for the evening walk).

We were there to visit our son who lives nearby. Not really there as tourists. Easy to get to from Barcelona. Need to be careful if travelling by bus as they dont run very often this time of year. Its a nice Spanish town with everything you need there.
MOT is a very nice restaurant. You can get tapas in the bar area with al a carte in the restaurant.

A very comfortable stay as a first-time solo traveller at this boutique hotel. This chic hotel was ideal for me and exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, close to all that you need especially for a short trip which I did. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food I would recommend too, I ate in the outdoor part of the restaurant a few times which had a great busy vibe each time. A good selection for breakfast is available. The room was superb for me. Beautiful decor.
The room was rather simply furnished, but still cosy. The AC was working just fine and there was even a little refrigerator. The highlight of the place is its location in one of the tiny little streets of Arenys de Mar, the roof terrace and the incredibly friendly hosts, Sandra and her son. They made me coffee every morning and let me sit and work in the cosy breakfast area :)
Cozy, small, family-run hotel in downtown Arenys de Mar. Very close to the beach. Perfect for a relaxed getaway, with a surprisingly comfy bedroom (more than expected). Decoration was remarkable because unusual: loved the shower lights! Special mention to the super-attentive staff: they accommodated all our requests. Moltes gràcies!
The hotel was very clean, there was a great complimentary breakfast with a lot of options, and the view from the balcony was beautiful it overlooked the pool. The hotel was about 5/10 minutes walking distance to the beach and train station. There were many places nearby to sit and have a drink or enjoy a nice dinner nearby.
On the third floor , accessible by lift or stairs. Fantastic position overlooking harbour . A great wrap around balcony with exceptional views over the Harbour to the left Canet de Mar and to the right Arenys De Mar

Really great hotel. We had a room with a plunge pool on the terrace and it was really worth it in mid-August. The rooms are soundproofed so even next to the lift/stairs you don't hear anything. The breakfast is fantastic and they have a nice terrace bar/restaurant on the main road.
The location in one of the sweet tiny streets of Arenys de Mar was lovely. I was welcomed warmly and felt like at home. The hostel has been recently opened and belongs to another hostal next door that offers a roof terrace and really good coffee :)
this is a lovely guesthouse located in the old part of town, within walking distance of all the restaurants and the beaches. Really helpful and friendly owners — a lovely family establishment! And extremely reasonable pricing for the area.
The location of the apartment is really nice, lot of great restaurants in the neighborhood and not even a 10 minute walk to the beach! Very tastefully decorated apartment and the overall look of the hotel is very high end.
The location is very close to the train station and beach. every room has their own balcony, very clean and comfortable! The view from the terrace was espectacular with the full moon! dog friendly:)
Been here before as l love the freedom of not being in a hotel. Opposite the beach and train station. We had a car but no stress getting in Barcelona and looking fir parking.

it was close to the train station and the bakery next to the hotel was good actually!
