The stay in at NH of Alcorcón, was very comfortable and pleasant at a fair rate price. Mostly for business travel, but with a location nearby to a great shopping center areas, and close to entertainment places.
Despite been a little outside from city center, it's a good alternative for a quality rate between price and service.

No wardrobe or even a drawer in room so all clothes, underwear and other personal items left out on display.
Breakfast could.be better. Some chorizo and jamón, olives, eggs, some sliced up fruit such as melons, and flavoured yogurts would be welcome additions. Vary the pastries from one day to the next.
first view of NH Alcorcon does not have kerb appeal it is joined to a deserted shopping centre but don’t be put off it is quite far out of Madrid centre but easily reached by metro Breakfast was fantastic, fresh plentiful and varied

there are two restaurants in the shopping centre la Tagliatella is very good Italian and the Chinese buffet grill was great value
Very clean rooms and common areas! The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Hotel is very recent so everything still feels like its new. The breakfast was good, nothing too major but good options for this type of Hotel. The free Coffee & Hot beverages machine in the lobby is definitely a plus!
I would recommend for a short stay for business or even for leisure if you don't mind being a bit far from the city center; there's a subway station a 5 min walk away!
Walking distance to the metro (Puerta del Sur). An Aldi supermarket right across the street. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable and large. Free coffee/tea/hot water at the reception. The area was pretty quiet and the price was acceptable (Madrid is very expensive). There is some parking in front of the hotel. Ask for a room at the top floor.
Excellent breakfast. Even more excellent staff: worked with us to change booking made online; Shout out to the breakfast staff who kept things stocked, were friendly in busy time, very hard working. Accommodating to let us store luggage after we checked out - appreciated that very much. Well done, Holiday Inn Express, Alcorcon.
The hotel is perfect for our needs,, the rooms are great the bar area pleasant and the staff are very friendly, helpful, the breakfast has a good selection the rooms are spacious and clean. the parking area is ample to park and appears safe. there is a local shopping centre close by.
The hotel is in a very industrial area, so there are not many things to do around there, and it is not easily accessible with public transportation. However, we went there because we had an event in one of the campuses nearby, so it was relatively convenient.
The hotel is located close to a metro station and you can reach Madrid within half an hour, which is very convenient. Rooms are quite spacious and clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, ready to support you even with some unusual requests.
