The stay in at NH of Alcorcón, was very comfortable and pleasant at a fair rate price. Mostly for business travel, but with a location nearby to a great shopping center areas, and close to entertainment places.
Despite been a little outside from city center, it's a good alternative for a quality rate between price and service.

Convenient location for me. Clean room and.comfy bed. All staff very helpful and friendly.
No wardrobe or even a drawer in room so all clothes, underwear and other personal items left out on display.
Breakfast could.be better. Some chorizo and jamón, olives, eggs, some sliced up fruit such as melons, and flavoured yogurts would be welcome additions. Vary the pastries from one day to the next.
Walking distance to the metro (Puerta del Sur). An Aldi supermarket right across the street. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable and large. Free coffee/tea/hot water at the reception. The area was pretty quiet and the price was acceptable (Madrid is very expensive). There is some parking in front of the hotel. Ask for a room at the top floor.
Wonderful staff always ready to help. Terrific location for food and shopping and getting a PCR test done at nearby hospital within walking distance. No need for a car unless you want to travel further afield. Approximately 30 mins to the airport in Madrid. We didn’t speak Spanish but the hotel staff were more than confident in their English.
Excellent breakfast. Even more excellent staff: worked with us to change booking made online; Shout out to the breakfast staff who kept things stocked, were friendly in busy time, very hard working. Accommodating to let us store luggage after we checked out - appreciated that very much. Well done, Holiday Inn Express, Alcorcon.
The hotel is in a very industrial area, so there are not many things to do around there, and it is not easily accessible with public transportation. However, we went there because we had an event in one of the campuses nearby, so it was relatively convenient.
Nice localization 10 min from the railway station, 30 min from atocha station in center of madrid. You have a lot of supermarkets in a walking distance. The hotel facilities are basic but good considering the cost of it. Nice breakfast.

Very clean, all time juce, tee & coffee available - even for free. Chrome cast works very well one the room. Walking distance to Madrid Metro or express Bus to City.
Staff and location. We did arrive a bit late, there was no parking places available and the staff explained us where to park close by the hotel. Really nice.
