Pleasant busy hostel. Food on site was tasty and good prices. River with waterfall about a half mile away was fabulous place to soak tired feet. Staff very nice. Scenic spot. Towels were provided which was great. Space outside to hang wet clothes.

I started the Camino in SJPP, France. This was by far my favorite place to stay. They pick you up and drop you off on the Camino and you get your own individual cabin that is new, modern and has such a great view of the lake. I sat on the front deck for 3 hours listening to piano jazz and relaxing (with a glass of wine) after 35 days on the Camino. I just wish I would have stayed 3 days. It was my favorite place to stay and most relaxing. Patricia was such a welcoming Host and so attentive to the guests. If you are on the Camino please consider staying here but plan 2-3 days. I wish I could go back it was such a wonderful and peaceful place to stay. Not to mention the giant jacuzzi tub. Each cabin is its own unit and each has a million dollar view of the lake. I will be back here on my next visit but I will stay longer. Thank you so much to the Host.

Casa de Miranda
Turismo Rural in a charming and extremely comfortable setting, with exquisite personal attention from host Sra Joaquina.
Set up on the hillside, in a newly restored old stone house, it is within easy walking distance of three restaurants and the beach. A few minutes away by car from the stunning Fervenza de Ézaro, which you can walk or kayak to.
The breakfast buffet included in the room rate, surpassed that of all the other hotels, pazos and monasteries my mother and I stayed at during an 8-day road-trip. Freshly baked homemade cakes, with eggs and honey from the owners’ own farm, as well as assorted non-lactose milks offered without asking, proves a generosity and attention to detail that was a delight to experience.
Will be back for sure!
