I requested breakfast to be delivered at 5:30am, and it was delivered at 5:29am, right on schedule. 2 boiled eggs, bread, cheese, and honey. Very happy they were able to accomodate my early morning departure needs. Not the most amazing breakfast, but probably pretty typical for Cairo. I paid $5 USD extra for the breakfast.
