Some friendly staff Other than that the place was a nightmare l had to cut short after two days there. The free breakfast is a sham. My mistake was to pay before inspecting the room.

I stayed there in the past, it's a great place worth every Penny.
The building is in front of the brand new PRICESMART, the biggest Warehouse-Club for members in Central America and the Caribbean. Local restaurants and cafe's nearby.

Loved staying at this hotel, especially because it is located in "la ciudad universitaria" (the University Zone). This area is a nice, calm, safe, affordable side of the city of Santo Domingo in which traffic and daily hustle and bustle are very manageable compared to other more congested areas. There are lots of affordable, good eateries within close walking distance of the hotel, and a "Nacional" grocery store is just around the corner. Hotelier, Eric is amazing! He is so pleasant and nice; his custodial staff is excellent. The place is extremely clean and very comfortable. I definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.
