Vejle is a calm, small city different than Copenhagen, but worth visiting. It has its charm with a few interesting places (e.g. The Wave, The Fjordenhouse, a pier or a panorama café on the 11th floor at The Zleep Hotel Vejle). It is also a good base for visiting Legoland in Billund.

Thank God we got to go there and see the Architecture and cozy little City that Vejle is.
Great selection of thing to see and visit - everything is aprox 30 min drive with bus.
So much was left not seen - we will def come back.

Vejle is a nice sized town with lovely shops, lovely people and enough tourist places to go and see. It has lovely architecture, good museums and beaches nearby. Good restaurants with great and plentiful food. Go to the harbour area to see the buildings there, really really interesting. The beer is excellent and a good variety if you like a good one. Did not check out the nightlife sorry. Good train, and bus opportunities. The airport bus stops there and easy to fly to from Manchester or London. Takes around 1/2 hour. Not far from Legoland and Legohouse.

The location was excellent as we could walk to city centre along a quiet footpath. We had easy access to Jelling from here to visit Viking museum and burial mounds.

Vejle is a beautiful town full of beautiful buildings and nature parks with friendly deer. It is also only 30 min by bus from the Billund Airport. We rented a car and visited Odense (1 hour drive) and to Copenghagen (2.5 Hour drive)
This apartment was perfectly located in Vejle for our family trip to legoland and legohouse. Its a 10min walk to a regular bus service 43/143 which brings you to both venues in Billund. Vejle itself is a beautiful town with lots of shopping and places to eat. There was a big grocery store across the road from the apartment and a really lovely food court! The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and clean and comfy beds. Communication with the owner was clear in advance. We'd certainly stay here again if we return to Denmark.
Beautiful hotel in the countryside a few kms outside of Vejle. The setting was lovely; the included breakfast was excellent; the room was very comfortable with large windows and Gitte at the front desk was amazing and so helpful.
Enjoyed the option of renting a cruiser bike on site to explore the nearby #36 bike trails to Billund and Vejle. Be aware it only has one gear so don't use on the roadways, which are also bike friendly but include rolling hills, ha ha.😉 Easy location to explore the town and Ladby Viking Museum from.
The hotel is located on the harbour island, which is in the process of being converted to a residential area next to the yacht harbour. There are two architectural gems right next door, the fjordhusen and the bølge building.
The hotel itself has a restaurant on the ground floor and a nice lounge on the top floor where you can sit, work, enjoy the view, and have a tap beer. (Breakfast is also served here.)
Beautiful and clean restaurant and quality food. Great breakfast, you can see finally owners started thinking about food waste. All in small portions, fresh and quality!!! For this breakfast we come back for sure :-) Hotel easy to find which is a plus when you travel late at night. We picked up room key on the petrol station just next to the hotel. All went smooth, perfect!
Great hotel along the bike trail from Esbjerg to Aarhus . The reception was very friendly and helpful . Large very clean and bright room . Bathroom clean and had toiletries. Chairs and bed comfortable. Very nice on-site restaurant with good food choices. Good breakfast with many food choices. Good secure bike storage.
Very cosy and well-eqipped little apartment with a separate entrance, ca. 15 min on foot from the centre of Vejle. Host was friendly and hospitable; got very worried when I said I haven't eaten yet and was even wiling to feed me in case I didn't find an open restaurant :D Definitely recommended.
Comfortable hotel in Vejle. lots of parking spaces in front of the hotel and 6 electric chargers (Clever) nearby. The hotel is clean, the rooms are a bit simple and outdated, but clean and the beds are comfortable. the staff is very friendly and the breakfast was very good!
It was very nice to have Pia as my host and chat with her when coming home. She is really friendly and pays interest to her guests. Much nicer than a boring hotel and the walk along the river in the morning makes a good start of a long working day.
- The Hotel is located just in the center of Vejle, easy to reach from the bus terminal. The shopping mall is infront and a few steps to reach the shopping street.
- Nice breakfast, the bread is very delicious.

Decent hotel in a central location with a good choice of onsite restaurants and a nice bar area. The bar and reception staff were excellent but we struggled to find anyone at breakfast.
the staff was so nice and the place is so clean and comfortable, also it is right next to the station which is very convenient, also walking distance from many restaurants and shops.
