We liked the peace and quiet. The room was spacious and the kitchen is a nice bonus. Lots of space outside as well, with different things to play with for kids. It is definitely value for money, especially when traveling as a family.

A short drive to the German border for a visit to Flensburg is also well worth the time. Local attraction are Gråsten castle and gardens. Dybbøl windmill and 1864 war memorial. Sønderborg castle.
