By the water was a little noisy mid-day - it was a holiday weekend. I closed the canal-facing sliding door - completely sound-proof - I heard nothing and was able to catch up on lost sleep due to a long flight.

I booked a standard room for my parents for a few nights. They were delighted (and they travel a lot). The staff was good and very organized, room was clean and had everything they needed. Even the view was cool (you can do plenty of people watching) even though they didn't have a room overlooking the water. Building architecture is also interesting and gives the place character. Location is very very good as well, right by s train station and 7a bus, next to shopping mall with food court and supermarkets. Dinner in the restaurant was very tasty.

The common areas and room are really nice and the staff fantastic, convenient location.
The apartment was VERY clean, which we really appreciated. The mattresses were also very comfortable. The kitchen generally well stocked. The location is very convenient. Close to easy shopping, restaurants, the local harbor and beach, and with very easy access to public transportation. In addition, we were able to park a car in a guest parking spot on the property.
