The rooms are clean, spacious, and very convenient. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was among the best and most welcoming I have ever met.
The rooms are large, the beds are convenient, and the balcony is very nice, especially on hot summer days.
The hotel owner/manager was one of the most heartful people I met. For example, one of my kids came late to breakfast, so she asked her staff to bring him breakfast even though breakfast time was over.

The room was a bit small for 3 people. For 2 people it would've been more than sufficient for a night.
Breakfast was good and paper bags are available to bring a little lunch on the road. Would've been nice if more tables were available though for breakfast.
Distance to the highway is just 5 - 10 minutes, so it's perfectly situated. The restaurants in Rosenheim are just a 10 minutes walk as well and there's plenty of choice varying anyhere between traditional German and Thai.
Super cozy little family hotel. Extremely good service. Very nice restaurant with tasty food for dinner and breakfast. Rooms are quite small but equipped with everything you need. Location is great for a short stop over on the way to Austria or Italy or on the way back north.
Was great hotel for a good money. We arrived after working hours, and the staff was waiting for us till 10.30 at night. In the morning breakfast was cooked for us and served to the table outside as per our request.
