We had a lovely few days at the Bernstein hotel in the early spring of 2022. It's a friendly, family-run hotel with an exceptional location and very professional and kind staff. From the very beginning we have felt welcomed and well-taken care of :-) Our room was immaculate, spacious and quiet. Breakfasts have been served in beautiful surroundings where you could enjoy the seaside view, we found them very tasty. We are pescatarians and still had been happy with the choice we got. During breakfast time the staff has also been very courteous and helpful. We have also rented bicycles for one day (at the hotel) and enjoyed our time discovering the coast. Later in the evening we also used the sauna. We would be happy to return.

The hotel and staff were fabulous! The location was also wonderful. The only reason I marked it a bit down was not major. There was no elevator, but the description addressed that. Also, there was no shampoo in the rooms but since Germans on vacation would be coming (not typical for Americans), they would probably know to bring their own... The family that own it bent over backwards to help us with any and everything! We would go back in a heartbeat!!! The location was near the beach but also near restaurants and shopping. Awesome!!!
Fantastic hotel with fantastic and well english speaking owner who gave us all info we need upon arrival (also help you with everything during your stay). Awesome and tasty restaurant, we don't need to look anywhere for a dinner. All staff was very pleasent and friendly, room was perfectly clean and well equiped. Good private parking place in front of hotel.
We also received a spa card with which we could travel around the area for free by bus, bustrain, ships...

This place is wonderful, close to the city center Sellin, the beach and in a calm neighbourhood. The amenities are great, the kitchen is well equipped and the staff taking care of the apt is friendly.
I was in touch with the owners as the Umbrella on the Balcony broke over night due to storm and the contact with the owner was also very nice. The place was overall clean!
The parking situation is ok, the driveway is narrow, so either you are a good driver or leave the car outside :D
The hotel is located near Südstrand Sellin, which is perfect for us. We are a family with 2 adults and 2 young children. The apartment hotel suited us well. It has kitchen, refrigerator, cooking set and microwave, living room and dining table. Good air circulation in the room with good windows. Park hotel is just next to a big supermarket. Parking is also easy. The lady in the reception helped us with the important information we need. We like everything from Park Hotel Sellin.
Breakfast was lovely, staff were very attentive and friendly. The whole place was excellent. Situated on the "main" street of Sellin. approx 5 minutes to the beach/promenade, lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Supermarket and train station- 10 minutes. The hotel has bikes you can rent also.
A great location for a relaxing break in a quiet little town.
Upon contacting the owner of the apartment, we were advised to pick up the keys from the reception desk at the nearby Park Hotel. Following the instructions, everything went seamlessly. The staff at the Park Hotel Reception Desk were friendly and provided all the essential details for our stay. The entire process was well-coordinated.

We were at first hesitant to travel and stay in a Hotel due to the pandemic. We were impressed that the Hotel followed safety protocols and procedure to ensure that their guest are safe. The breakfast is very good ...and it is centrally located to go places. And lastly , the staff of the Hotel was very helpful.
Staff were exceptional at this hotel, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The hotel is very clean, modern and well appointed, and very conveniently located close to cafes and restaurants, not to mention the pier and the beach. The in-house restaurant was also very good.
The location was great, the hotel has it’s own access to the beach, which was very convenient. The breakfast was included in the rate for the room and offered a good choice for different breakfast likes. We also enjoyed the sea view from the room and the possibility to have breakfast outside.
I had a gorgeous corner room with 2 huge windows and a large bathroom with a big window as well. One of my favorite rooms ever! Nice curtains. The hotel is at the top of the Main Street, close to the Tourist Information Centre. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Parking far away in the woods, booked room with sea view was not. Instead, a room with small bay windows, a fixed mosquito net and a view of the opposite hotel. The reality was different from the booking.com documents.
