Beautiful little village with a great park area, beautiful flowers and garden areas which are beautifully looked after, plenty of places to drink coffee but the ice parlour on the corner has a fantastic coffee machine and makes great cappuccino. Bike rental available. Cable car ride to top of mountain is recommended. Plenty of hiking routes.

We did not get to spend too much time in the city of Oberstaufen, but the area is amazing. Bodensee is not too far, as well as Hohenschwangau and Austria. And of course many skiing areas are near by and also ideal for hiking!

Beautiful little downtown, currently undergoing some road and sidewalk repairs. Nice restaurants, but some are a little understaffed, took a while to get a drink and place your order, and longer to actually get your meal. Not a problem at lunch but dinner was difficult. A good bier or glass of wine would help, if you can get it. My hotel (Hotel Concordia), was not a problem.

It is a very small town withal good variation of shops and reataurants. It is a good place to stay for visiting the area, you are close to the Austrian border so a visit to the cable car at Bregenz is worth doing as is a visit to the island of Lindau.
Nice quiet location with cross-country ski trails next to the hotel. Lots of cross-country skiers during the day was fun to see and gave life to the area; the evenings are quiet and pleasant. Room was spacious with large balcony type windows for a good view. Restaurant attached to hotel (Trattoria Salerno) had very good food. Very nice staff who were very helpful in resolving whatever issues I had.
Very attentive and friendly owner. Staff well-mannered and accommodating.
Travelled with two children; hotel had already prepared beds for them before check-in.
Excellent meals, drinks were very affordable.
Pool was nice, and sauna facilities appreciated; towels and bathrobes were provided.
Workout space very nice, and location near skiing was perfect (winter reservation).
Judith from the hotel staff was highly supportive, her suggestions made our stay extra fantastic. The hotel rooms are big, the breakfast is also good and has multiple items to choose. We could walk to the town centre, train station and the hotel is also closely located to many snow clad slopes. Overall we had a fantastic experience.
Breakfast was delicious- everything perfect. Beautiful water temperature in outdoor pool and enjoyed all the spa sauna , cold pool, jacuzzi etc. Amazing view from bedroom with Mountain View and view over gorgeous park which led out easily from hotel for relaxing walk to town . Reception staff were amazing - thank you x
Room was small with no view from my window, just opposite wall. But the bed was very comfortable which is more important for me on a business trip. The breakfast was delicious including fruits and I also enjoyed coffee very much, also important for me. When I come to Oberstaufen next time I will stay here again!
Been here multiple times already, it's the perfect getaway for a weekend trip with a combination of skiing and wellness! The hotel has a pool, jaccuzi and sauna & spa area and additionally offers you a "Oberstaufen Plus Card" which gives you free access to some ski lifts and the wellness waterpark nearby.
hotel upgraded us to a family suite for free which was spacious and comfortable. The resturant had good food and the pool was awesome with kids. you cannot walk to town or resturants easily from the hotel but there is plenty there to do with family.

The location of the Hotel is out of the world. Sauna is excellent and the ruheraum overlooks the valley. The view is outstanding. Staff is excellent, the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectation.

It was a beautiful apartment, full kitchen with everything we needed, immaculately clean, very comfortable beds, easy driving distance to Oberstaufen for us to see the cows come home
Beautiful apartment, well located. Easy to walk into Oberstaufen. Restaurant and bar were lovely, with friendly staff. Loved the chair in our apartment overlooking the mountains.
Everything was perfect from the check in till the chekout except one point, see below.
Despite the corona restriction we have enjoyed our stay and used the wellness facilities.
Breakfast is very good. So many things you can choose and take but its too tight.
