Beautiful and a nice place to hang around.

I cycled along the river Elbe, and took lots of photos of the city.
The weather was good, with sun shine and blue sky, so the view was perfect.
I suggest people can walk/cycle along the river, from Cathedral to Jahrtausendturm, just be enjoy the cozy.
The Cathedral has a total different view b/w days and nights, so go there twice!

Magdeburg is a lovely city but there isn't too much to do/see there.
You might want to visit for a day or two but it's not too spectacular.
If you get there visit the Hundertwasserhaus.

Interesting city.
Interesting city. Clean with nice places to eat - especially pan asian. Seems incredibly quiet and almost like two extra floors were built on every buiding that weren't needed. Still, a nice clean place with green spaces. The whole city's walkable. If you want a lively area, this is definitely not for you.

Very beautiful and historic city. It was especially beautifully decorated for the Christmas season and had an amazing Christmas market! Very goood restaurants, hotels, shopping and easy to navigate with the trams and buses. I’lll be back!

Interesting mixture of the old and new. The Stadtpark was a good contrast and a great view of the city from the top of the Albin-Müller-Turm. Easy to eat out. Slightly disappointed by the "number 1 attraction", the Grünen Zitadelle. Would have liked to take the tour, but it was only available in German so decided it was too expensive.
Meticulously prepared for every little needs; hair dryer, extra towels, kitchen towel, brochures on Magdeburg, dog treats, welcome drinks, cotton wipes, first aid kit, welcome pack detailing all relevant information.
Continuous communication to ensure we checked in ok and information on check out - appreciate that we are allowed to check out later.
Aesthetically pleasing with color matching finishing and accessories/toiletries/kitchen stuff.

Very comfortable bed and provided a fan for a goodnight sleep.
We could not get into the apartments pre-booked through the Booking service due to the owners' problem with the code lock. So at midnight we had no other choice. Fortunately for us, we were able to stay at Hotel Medaillon at such a late hour. At that time it was the best choice for us.

Location is close to motorway and close to coffee and restaurant and grocery store. Small carpark but well orientated.
