Staff 10/10. When you are on a business trip it is really easy to make you feel comfortable and cared for. It seems that they have understood the Bible of a hotel and how to manage. I simple loved the young staff trying the best to be kind and solving anything really quick.
I admire the resilience that two people of the staff had when I observe a bunch of Spanish people being rude and hostile because they were making fun out of the way they speak English...
Very spacious room. It was a quadruple room actually as we were traveling with our twins. Room was almost like a playground big and good view to the street. Five star for the jacuzzi. Wasn’t expecting that. Lots of restaurants and supermarket nearby. Parking space was 5 mins walk and 8 euros for whole day. Breakfast was v good with nice spread. Coming from
Netherlands where everything this super expensive, this place was like heaven.
Overall very good hotel
Great breakfast, buffet style taken in the main hotel. Large room, basic but adequate. There are stairs no lift. This is an annex above a steak house - you need to go around the corner to the main hotel, which has a seated statue of one of the Grimm Brothers outside, to collect your key, Very near the bus station, market and town centre. Hanau has a direct S-Bahn line to the airport and is a major rail hub so good public transport.

The rooms are cleaned daily, which is not practice in many hotels since the start of Covid19.
Breakfast was not available on site, but there are many alternatives within 500 m distance.
The hotel has only one lift. If this breaks down, it is difficult for guests which require a lift.

It was a very basic hotel that was in the inner city of Hanau and convenient to everything we wanted to see. It was quiet and clean. They gave us bottled water. The Parkhaus was right across the street. The cost was very reasonable.
Hotel is new so everything is nice and clean. Room is spacious and quiet. You can watch Netflix on tv. Check-in is easy, got very clear instructions by the staff on whstsapp.
