This B&B is in the middle of the city which makes it easy to go out and find things to do, or to go shopping. The staff was friendly and spoke English too, which was nice. The check-in and check-out could be done using a code, which was the same as used to open the room door. The room was quite big with enough space to sit and enjoy ourselves for an evening.

No tea or coffee or kettle in room which is the fist time going to hotel that it’s has happened, bed was not changed and we were there for 6days, only think that was done bin emptied a couple of times and clean towels a couple of time, floor not hoovered at all and reception didn’t speak you after you booked in. Certainly will not be staying again. We are both vey disappointed

Not the biggest German city, but with a nice shopping heart...
Not the biggest German city, but with a nice shopping heart in the heart of town with some nice places to grab a bite Hamm is pleasant and quiet to stay. Just a 20 minute train ride to tourist infested Münster, so easy to stay in a quiet place and than dive into the busy cities in the Ruhrgebiet such as Münster or Dortmund.
The hotel has a quite and cozy atmosphere. It's run by an old couple who do a fine job at hospitality, sometimes even going out of their way to make the guests comfortable. It was the perfect overnight stop. The bathrooms were super clean and the space was very well used. Word of caution - Some of the rooms are smoking rooms so if that's a thing you do or do not want, then that's something you should pay attention to while booking.
I don't like anything rather I love everything about the hotel😀 it's the best I have been so far. The location the hotel room reception,room size everything was perfect I love it and anytime am in hamm that's my location. If you reading this Gut kump hotel is the perfect place for u in hamm

The hotel is in the very centre of the town, near the pedestrian area. Car parking is possible on two public parkings nearby for a little price. ( better ask which one, because there's a market organized on the other parking on certain days).

The breakfast was included in the price. It was an excellent breakfast with cheese, yogurt, cold cuts and excellent coffee. We loved the different kinds of bread. Bravo! We look forward to returning to this hotel next year.
Good breakfast, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the hotel looks stylish. There is paid parking on the hotel property, but it’s also possible to park outside the property at no extra cost.

Nothing happens from this hotel.
They canceled our reservation 4 days before check-in. They didn't offer us any other option. The attitude was rude and arrogant.
Receptionisten was very service minded. I really got a room with a single bed and it had a good size. I loved it. I also was allowed to store my e-bicycle in the hotel.
