Room was very nice. The spa was maybe a bit small, but overall very nice.
The staff was very forthcoming when asking about some more vegan options, e.g., if the main warm veggie dish in the evening was only vegetarian not vegan, they offered to make you some vegan sausages.
Intermediate food options offered also included a lot of vegan options, also a lot of nice drinks etc.

Amazing location and beautiful property. There are stunning views from the balcony, almost feels as though you're in the French Riviera if the weather is right. The reduced fee for SaarowTherme entry was a nice surprise

Close to but away from the shore of a large lake in a small hamlet of houses, there is a boat cruise available on the lake and the walks are quiet soothing. It is a very rural setting but in no way isolated. A quiet location and the food at the hotel was second to none.
iIt was very clean, the staff was amazing. The rooms are spacious and the dinner and breakfast were super nice. the overall atmosphere is great. great for couples to have a little getaway. The sauna isn’t very big, but was perfectly fine. the pool is great and it’s a lovely area to go for a walk. we stayed for one night but arrived early and could already use the facilities. We were also able to stay after check out. We would recommend! And will definitely go again!
The customer service was remarkable. All staff members were really nice which is not common in Germany.

The piano bar was also really nice.
The wellness area was fantastic, with 2 pools, many sauna rooms, and plenty of other things to enjoy.
The breakfast is included for everyone and therefore there're no annoyinh controls.

The location is perfect - direct in front of the Bad Saarow Therme, which is the main local attraction at this time of the year. There are several pleasant cafes and couple of supermarkets within leisurely walking distance. The lake is nearby as well.
The apartment itself is very comfortable and quiet, with all needed facilities.

Restaurant food was amazing. Gorgeous lake front location only 8 mins cycle from the town (there's also a bus but it stops at 8pm). Spa was really nice for a hotel spa, very welcoming as well. Massage was brilliant. Lovely spacious suite with stunning views! Very friendly and helpful staff despite them speaking no English and me only speaking a tiny bit of German!
Very beautiful small boutique villa with a family atmosphere. Well looked after garden right on the shore of a large lake with private access for swimming or canoeing. Good selection of restaurants, cafes and bars as well as modern luxurious Spa with wellness facilities in walking distance. Perfect base for water sports, hiking and cycling.
Superb location, great view, has everything you need, all the basics and amenities and welcome. Felt very comfortable and at home. Will definitely try to stay there again if possible. Elevator is a great plus, the parking garage too. Very spacious rooms, and the bidet in the upper bathroom. Really love the place.
The apartment was super clean, equipped, with kitchen. Big bathroom. Huge windows with lake view, that could be fully open. Super quite and calm, just birds and bees. Private entrance to the lake and cosy place for evening chill. Close to all, Therme maybe 5 min away. Recommended!
The Easter program for kids was really lovely - they had many activities organised and overall the hotel is very kids friendly. The spa is also wonderful and it was not too crowded although the hotel seemed pretty full. The food was amazing, both breakfast and dinner.
This is a clean well kept hotel. The location is great: right near the lake and walking path, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby as well. Our apartment had a lots of space. Rented a bike and got to explore bad Saarow and bike around the lake.

Good breakfast, overall good value-for-money. No restaurant nearby, but I enjoyed walking from the hotel to the main part of Bad Saarow. Dogs welcome. Comfortable room, has everything you need, in good shape.
Ultra clean and modern design. They take care a lot about hygiene. There are additional cutleries in the room so you can eat inside on the balcony. The managing staff of the hotel has excellent teamwork.
