it's basic room but very clean and with very friendly staff. We were afraid it would be loud as it was weekend and Hotel has restaurant too, but it's not a problem at all - rooms are in separate building.

Please make sure you download the app and check your login code before arriving. When you arranged it, it's easy but you just need to know. The pub beloning to the hotel is very nice. Hotel is on walking distance from the centre where you can find bakeries and restaurants. Parking on the parkingplace of the hotel is Eur 4,- for a day. Please download the app prkn.de in advance since you need this to pay the parkingplace. otherwise you can park in the centre for Eur 3,- per day.

The room was very modern and extremely clean.
The internet connection was amazing.
4 capsules of coffee and a package of chips were included, as well as two re-useable bottles which you can fill up with still/sparkling/chilled water on the hall way and take home with you.
Everything very new and clean. Also very calm inside, comfortable bed. For that price that's excellent. Was a bit hard first time to get in hotel, but we go in bar The Unbrexit and they helped us with app. One of waiters knew English, so we were happy. I am sure we will come again😊
Clean, modern and chique rooms! Beds are comfy - even better than some of the hotelbeds we got in 5* hotels. We love the fully automated concept of Smartel. Pub/restaurant downstairs serves very good food (also vega) and wines. We highly recommend this place.
It was a nice hotel, but since everything had to be organised with an app and I was not aware about this information, the check in procedure was a bit problematic. App did work properly and the rooms were nice.
