We liked everything!!! The customer service was exceptional, the staff was always available and ready to respond to any questions or requests. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped and the location was excellent, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and banks.

Staff was exceptional! We had a late flight inn and they were so kind, even making us sandwiches because we had not had a chance to eat due to our travels.

it was just the last afternoon and night before our flight back home. we did have coffee in the lobby cafe, had lunch nearby (2 min by car) and in check out at 5 am went super smooth. we were within 7 minutes at the airport- where we dropped of the car. it is very close and easy access to the airport, which was our purpose to book this hotel.

rionegro is lovely. star suites, not so much. there were cracks the walls, daylight and noise coming through. the bed was wet. ceiling tiles askew. apparently, it has no address, so GPS to locate is worthless. and i have to ask, how could a business like booking. com even promote a property like this on their website?

I love San Nicolas for shopping. Rionegro is hectic, and growth is uncontrolled. The outskirts of Rionegro are incredible, and there are quiet spots if you get away from the city. You have to be careful about your belongings and crimes of opportunity.

I discovered this hotel four stays ago when I needed a place for 6 hours before a late night flight out of Colombia. I keep coming back whenever I can because it is quite, very clean, restful and economical. The family that owns and runs it is always super friendly and I enjoy talking with them. The airport shuttle is fast and reliable. This is a simple hotel, but perhaps the best value I have ever come across. It has become more than just a place to stay, but really a part of my frequent trips to Colombia that I look forward to.

We stayed just overnight in order to take an international flight the next day. We like to do this, even if the schedule flight allows us to drive from the nearest city Medellin.
The hotel Las Lomas is nice, clean and has the perfect location to relax before an international flight.
The breakfast was very good! But need to complement with a little natural juice or something like that. No complaints.
Excelent staff. Recepción Mrs Sandra lovely and exceptional girl. The rooms staff amazing! The pizza and foods restaurant very good! Hotel very clean The room 505 I was using very clean every day. Wifi and internet is working perfect. I could back again over there, absolutely.
Easy to say that this hotel lives from the great close location to the airport as well as the outdoor areas. Nice pool area, also the restaurant for lunch and dinner was really good and fairly priced. Also no complaints about cleanliness. Overall okay to stay for a night or two before catching a plane. For all other purposes probably not to recommend...
A wonderful hotel with super lovely staff. The breakfast was perfect and the best I've had in Colombia. Hot water was of course also available.
I will be very happy to return to XY on my next visit to Colombia.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel couldn't accept cards at the moment so they helped me pay with a bank transfer and helped me get a cab to go to the airport. The food was homemade, very cozy and tasty. I like the homey feel, the green around and relaxed vibe.
Perfect hotel close to the airport. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious with a huge bed, TV and air conditioning. Bathroom was also clean and great shower. The pool area is super too. Finally, staff was very welcoming and helpful - special thanks to Tatiana :)
The hotel is truly a finca, meaning it is out of the way in a very quiet zone and in touch with nature. If you are looking for some silence and a place to rest and enjoy walks, this is the place. Also the service offered by the housekeeper will make you feel at home
Extremely close to Jose Cordova airport (Rionegro-Medellin), very friendly and helpful staff, very clean room and common areas — excellent choice for a long layover between flights. Highly recommended. Shuttle service to/from airport.
Beautiful hotel. The breakfast selection was incredible, very fresh, and authentic. The hotel had good transpiration accommodation to/from airport. also a frat upgrade gave access to lounge room with selection of food/beverages.
