The owner Luis was extremely attentive and helpful. His place was comfortable, clean, and quiet. He was an excellent host and even helped us carry our bags out to the main street to catch a taxi. He can arrange tours and knows Neiva very well.

It was quiet, the pool was nice for the really hot days. The onsite restaurant was delicious and the staff was wonderful. The service was exceptional The grounds were very pretty, the rooms were large and beds were comfortable. The A/C was amazing to have and it's location is nice, being just outside the center. There is ample parking for any size vehicle. Hot water showers with good water pressure. It appears that the establishment is under new management or ownership, as there is a lot of work being done to clean it up. Rooms are being renovated and the outside is being re-plastered and painted.
