What I did not like was the fact that every night "poor" people would
empty out of the official garbage containers in downtown Armenia throwing the contents on the square where the local business is operating. It is true however that the squares and streets are cleaned daily meticulously .

A fantastic place near Armenia There is one huge reason to go to Armenia, the Quindio Botanical Gardens four kilometres from town. They are the best botanical gardens I have been to since Kandy in Sri Lanka 42 years ago. They are big with a fabulous butterfly house. You have to take a guided tour, but it last nearly 3 hours and my guide was fantastic. Maybe the best thing I have seen in Colombia in 7 weeks

The scenery it’s amazing! Mountains are cover in agricultural products as coffee, bananas, pineapple, avocado trees. The local food it’s delicious and the people it’s very friendly.
Many attractions and places to see for a short drive, as finca Recuca, Salento and Valle del Cócora, Parque del café, Balsaje río la vieja.

Excellent taxi and buses service from and to the Hotel. Very friendly people. Salento town pretty but busy and Corcoras valley second to none. I felt in the Parque Cafe I could have been in any theme park in Europe or USA.

The hotel was what I expected. It has a good location since it is close to the bus terminal. There are some street food vendors around so you can go out get a burguer or chicken a la plancha. The neighborhood wasnt a city like place. There are small shops and drugstores around though. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was very nice. All in all, a excellent choice for people just traveling and wanting to get a good night sleep.
Exceeded my expectations in every way! I felt a bit of a humid smell my first night and asked if it was possible to switch. The staff accommodated and I immediately noticed the flipped mattress and airing out of the previous room - they really listen to their guests!! 🙌 Armenia, generally, is a very awesome, underrated place - wish I had discovered it sooner and will probably be back!
I liked the villa, the location. There are animals and crops around the place. The personnel is quite kind, they offer a great service that make you feel quite good. They offered many advices and services like renting a car. The location is quite good being close to "Parque del Café" and nice view of Armenia city. It is good value.
Location is perfect near coffee shop and beautiful green park. Rooms very fancy and clean, I liked it a lot. Pool always available and other social areas were also available. Restaurant also good, amazing buffet breakfast. Staff very friendly. You can take a taxy or bus just in front of the hotel. It's a safe area.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Valentina, Alex, and Luz we’re so amazing and accommodating to my family and I! We felt like we were in paradise the whole time! The hotel, the food, the people, the coffee and fruit experiences, the landscape, everything was amazing! Can’t wait to go back and book here again :)

Our room was very comfortable, had air conditioning, and was spacious; excellent breakfast with a complete buffet. The best of this hotel was its location in a privileged neighbourhood in Armenia near the centre city; there are stores, coffee shops, and restaurants near the hotel.
I would like to give this hotel a 10... It's like a boutique hotel. The breakfast was complete and generous portion. Brian the day receptionist/everything was gracious and accommodating. If I would ever return to Armenia I will certainly stay again.
The staff (specially Ever in the front desk) was super friendly givin perfect tips to improve our tourist experience in Armenia, the facilities are amazing including the bar in the rooftop and also the breakfast, dinner and cocktails was delicious!
Basic hotel but comfortable and clean and close to both the centre of town and the bus station. The staff were lovely - all very friendly and helpful, and the coffee in reception was a bonus. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
Norberto is a really nice host, he was very responsive and kind. The place is in a quiter, safer district of Armenia, and there are 24h reception in the building. There are 2 supermarkets basically within the building.
Super location and hotel but don’t book the 2 bedroom nevado because it is different than all other rooms and have poor quality interior and facilities - no water for 2 days in a row when waking up wanted to shower
Staff were very polite and helpful. Location of the hotel is great next to the Parque de la Vida, deco in common areas is very stylish. Deco in room is basic but modern. Bed (twin room) was small but confortable.
We cant say anything about our stay in this Hotel, because we had to confirm our stay additional. When you are not going to so that, the Hotel might be already full, when you are ariving.
