The hotel is a few blocks from city central which is nice. The shower gets very hot, the pool felt great on those hot afternoons and the staff was top notch. The included breakfast was typical Colombian but I'm not complaining. The real shocker was the restaurant. We normally don't pay to eat at hotel restaurants since they are overpriced but we decided to give them a try. The food was excellent. I'm surprised they only serve hotel guests because it would make a great restaurant for the public. We will stay here again when we visit Santa Fe.

Santa Fe is a beautiful old town, with truly original Spanish colonial architecture. Really better explored by walking, or maybe a 3 wheel motorized cart, or motorcycle, but not by car. There is very little parking, and the narrow roads in the old center don't accommodate 4 wheel vehicles. We found excellent restaurants using Google maps, inexpensive to very affordable. We enjoyed the Museo Juan de Corral for local history. The churches are very beautiful.

I haven't stayed in Santa Fe de Antioquia for a long time, they have done an excellent job improving the tourist sites and the quality of the restaurants. I was surprised by the quality of the craft brewery that works in the main square.

A beautiful town with great ambience, from the picturesque Plaza Major, the streets around, to Plaza Menor. There are lots of small cafes to enjoy delicious jugos, great coffees and cakes plus satisfying meals. I wish we’d had longer in order to explore a bit more and also simply to relax. .. it’s perfect for that. The tourist information office is extremely helpful, justly proud of their town.

Lovely town, easy to walk..several things to see and do in town or around. Churches, plazas (some of the best in Colombia), market stalls, atmosphere.....lovely and somewhat different feel from other colonial towns.

We liked the fact that it is a traditional colonial village with very few tourists. A great zocalol (square) with with trees and large blooming bushes. Many people gathered in the square at night when it was cooler.

It's a beautiful, relaxing town. It's somewhere to go when you want to relax and slow down and not do too much. The architecture of the town is beautiful, the main park is lovely and there are many good places to eat.

The hotel seems to be a manifestation of magical realism. The many social rooms are filled with artifacts and antiques. There is a timelessness to the place. The pool displays tropical beauty with views into the mountains. The room we had was simple but very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and offers something for everyone. We also went to the spa for a 30 minutes massage that was fantastic. The staff is attentive and super friendly
We loved the location close to the markets and main square. The motoratons were fast, very reliable, would do over what is expected of them; even carry groceries back to hotel, for the same price of the fare.
We always surprised them with a little more change for their service.
The people in town were absolutely beautiful in heart and willing to help.

Location of the hotel is great, just a couple of blocks from the main square. The facilities are well above what can be expected for the price paid. However, the main highlight was the staff of the hotel; Kelly, Lorena, Sandra in the kitchen, and the rest of their staff sure know how to make a guest feel welcomed and as family. Kudos to all of them.
I'm very split with my opinion about this place. I had an unfortunate situation which I will explain below but in general the hotel is nice and provides a good value for the money for sure. Good location, nice pool area, most of the staff was friendly and helpful, in the heart of the town but somehow secluded and peaceful inside.
The staff were very attentive and the vibe by the pool was awesome. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location and a short walk to the main plaza. The staff even arranged a tour for me and two other guests to go see the puente occidental. I think this hotel is excellent value for what is costs.
The photos don't honor how beautiful and comfortable the hotel is. It has plenty of places to enjoy and relax, the pools are great, the rooms beautiful and clean, the food delicious, the prices very fair and the staff so kind and charming. Our stay was just perfect 👌🏼 for sure we are so coming back soon
Pleasant hotel on the edge of the historic town. Good breakfast and comfortable room, particularly the balcony overlooking a garden area at the rear with views of the surrounding countryside. It was convenient being in town, handy for the bus station and places to eat.
We love the view, the pool, the amazing massages, the peaceful atmosphere, the little birds, the staff, and the unbelievably good breakfast.This hotel is our little paradise and is very cosy. We are always very relaxed and happy after our stay.
