Very friendly and helpful hosts providing a unique and lovely experience. They had a very efficient shuttle to and from the park. The hosts have a restaurant with many different options for food in the small authentic village the guest house is located in.

A gorgeous hotel with very professional and friendly staff (special shout-out to the hotel manager)! Traveled here with friends for hiking in Jiuzhaigou, and all of us were so happy with our stay. From the delicious breakfast buffet to the serene views and supreme beds, everything exceeded our expectations.
Although the hotel is not yet in a very bustling location -- it seems many nearby restaurants and shops are just in the process of opening, not actually open yet -- we did find a local restaurant nearby that proved to offer some of the best food we had in Sichuan.
I stayed in this hotel in July with my family and a friend. The hotel is simple, but considering the price I think it is worth my money. Roomws were clean, the owner spoke English well, he was very helpful, gave us some tips on where to go, what to do, and even prepared different breakfast for us when he knew that we couldn't eat traditional Chinese breakfast. The hotel is located a bit out from the center of Jiuzai Vally, but there was a free shuttle bus from the hotel. Very convenient. We all enjoyed the horseback riding trip very much.
Clean hotel with very friendly staff at a very good location quite close to the park entrance. It’s a bit further from where the restaurants are but nothing a taxi can’t fix.
The hotel has a separate restaurant (which I believe served hotpot) and a small supermarket which we didn’t use but it seemed to be stocked with the essentials.
Rooms are spacious and well equipped with amenities.
My girlfriend got a massage which was really nice and affordable.
The owner of the hotel spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful. He helped us organise transport to all the major sites. The rates for these services were often cheaper than taxi or Didi services, so I fully recommend using them.
The room was comfortable and cosy. Hot water showers and decent WiFi connection.
Close to the Jiuzhaigou National Park and free shuttle services were offered too and from the hotel.
All in all an excellent stay!
Location-wise, this might be one of the best hotels for experiencing Jiuzhaigou. It's within walking distance to the park entrance (and you will want to walk, as car traffic in this area gets insane); right next door you have a number of decent restaurant options and a few souvenir shops.
The breakfast buffet was great too — the food variety and quality was significantly better compared to an average hotel breakfast in China.
Room is spacious. hotel locates among shops and eateries and at the center of Pengfeng village. Hairdryer and bed heater provided. Staff are very friendly, caring and giving professional advices on transportation, travelling and booking. They always offered help if they can. We really appreciated. Ting ting (a front lady) can speak English well. A family business that very sincere. 10-15 mins walk to Jiuzhaigou national park.
The hotel is located in Bien Bien Street, the taxi driver has difficulty to figure out Chinese name of the hotel, NO jiuzhai cloudy hotel even checked in the hotel where my reservation is register. the hotel location is 3 km from the Jiuzhaigou national park. The staff are friendly, the room is simply furnished, adequately provide water with breakfast.
The location is perfect, very closed to the park. The owner was super helpful and nice with is, he drove us to the park and came back to pick us up. He also helped us with restaurants and others transportation. The place is super cozy, we felt like home! Will reccomend to everybody!
The staff was really friendly, the room was OK - the bed was kinda hard, even for my taste. Otherwise all good. The hotel took us to the scenic spot entrance and when we were finished they came to pick us up.

beautiful rooms. great breakfast. a plus is the m'eat restaurant inside of the hotel. all rooms are surrounded by the mountains. it is very close to the Jiuzhaigou Valley entrance. Parking was free.
walking distance to the park entrance, food, grocery and entertainment in the same plaza but quiet at night. staff is friendly and helpful. room is spacious and clean. great value for the price.
