Staffs were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and so comfortable with an amazing view outside the window. The restaurant was fabulous, every dishes we ordered were very delicious. And also morning buffet which had varieties of food, was very good.
Charming rooms with rustic wood furnishings can be enjoyed at the banks of the Serrano River.

Rio Serrano is one of our most favorite places to stay around the world. It was our sanctuary we returned to after a long day hiking and exploring. Breakfasts were lovely, and the chef and the staff took care of all of us until the last day when the hotel closed for the season. We also ate at the bar and the restaurant for lunch and dinner, and the service was exceptional as well. The spa area was like a dream, especially on windy days. Overall, we loved our stay and will come back!

Amazing food. We literally looked forward to dinner every single night and couldn’t wait to see what the specials were. The restaurant is a 10/10. The staff is stop notch and so friendly. The property is beautiful. Such an amazing little retreat.

Konkashken Lodge is a great place to stay, for anyone interested in an authentic park experience. Rustic, quiet and comfortable, this lodge is set in a beautiful location, beside a river, overlooking the mountains in and around Torres del Paine. Patrick and Carina were gracious hosts, along with staff Loe and others. Knowing Spanish is a huge asset, although Patrick can converse in English. Beds are comfortable, cabins are clean, with cozy comforter, fluffy towels, and plenty of storage space in the newer cabins. If needed, Patrick will help light the wood stove, and is always available to offer advice and to provide information about the area. Breakfast is simple but good (yogurt, drinks, toast, eggs, cakes and fruit). Dinner is provided for $40 per person, but you can also eat out at surrounding hotels. As long as it isn’t too windy, the wifi works great in all the cabins. Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

The photos don't do it justice. Our cabin's view was incredible and the location is very convenient. We loved being able to come back after visiting the park to relax and watch the sun set over the mountains. We also highly recommend going to dinner at Pampa Lodge. We ate there three times because it was so good and great prices (walking distance from the cabins). The cabin was the perfect home base for our stay.

Postcard views in all directions! Beautiful mountains, glaciers, turquoise lakes, wow! Hiking is superb, for all levels; there are short and easy hikes, and there are ultimately difficult and strenuous hikes that would challenge anyone. We did a bit of both (not too strenuous, but I hiked/ran up to the Mirador Las Torres and it was enough for me and I am pretty fit). I didn’t research Chile or Torres del Paine before we booked and I am totally blown away by the diversity of its landscapes, the good wines, the good food, and the good people here. Totally recommended..!

We did day walks not the W or O trails. Weather is a key factor and we had snow, rain and beautiful clear skies over 4 days.
If doing the Mirador Torres be at the start by 8:30 or earlier. The v fit can do the walk in 7 hours or so. We took 8 1/2 , finishing around 6pm.
We did shorter walks too, morning and afternoon, and had great views of the mountains and iceberg on lake grey.

Torres del Paine too vast.
Torres del Paine too vast. You need a sturdy car not only to get to the amazing popular places but also to maneuver on some of the unpaved and gravel roads. There are few places to eat and hardly any grocery stores, so stock up on food before entering the park.

Torres del Paine is amazing, the mountains are really almost unreal in their beauty. Distances are far even to get to different places within the park, but the views along the way are stunning and its to be expected. The trails are well marked and there are many options. There are opportunities for hard core hikers and adventurers as well as those who might only do day trips or short walks for the views. We will definitely go back.

My husband and I went to the Torres del Paine National Park in March 2020. It was such a large and wonderful national park! So much to see and experience! We love the six days we spent there. On the first day we went on a 10 hour hiking tour to the three towers. It was raining and took us more than 10 hours round trip, very tiring. The rest of the days are clear, we can see the big horns so clearly from our hotel- Vista the Paine. We then went to the Salto Grande, many mirados near the lake Pehoe and the Glacier Grey. We took many photos. The only negative is that there is no gas station in the park, we nearly ran out of gas on the second day. Fortunately the park ranger helped us to find another hotel where they provided us with 20 litters of gas. I would recommend this part to anyone interested in Patagonia!

My wife and I stayed in the national park for 6 days- the park is huge, a lot of beautiful viewpoints including the Salto Grande, and big horns and the three towers /Torres del Paine. But the roads in the park are all gravel roads very bumpy and hard to drive on. You cannot drive fast and it consumes a lot of gasoline. There is no gas station in the park! You 'd better bring extra gas in 20 litter buckets if you plan to stay longer than 1-2 days. We ate at the Pampa restaurant in Rio Serrano village. It is an excellent restaurant! We went on a one-day hike to the Torres del Paine but it was raining. It took us more than ten hours -very long and difficult one, especially when the weather is bad. You'd better be fit and prepared with hiking poles, multi-layers and rain gears.

Location, location, location!
While the rates are not cheap, they are a value compared to what else is available.
You get an owner who will do everything it takes to make your stay comfortable and help you with any arrangements you might require with Torres del Paine NP.
The park entrance is literally 5-6min away.
I also visited here a year ago when no one else in the area was open.
The owner lives here and treats everyone who stays like family.
The staff were amazing and accommodating. We brought our two crazy little girls and the staff treated them like princesses the whole time. The hotel dog absolutely made their day as well. The location is perfect for checking out Torres Del Paine. There were amazing views from every angle and nothing beats opening your window to a yard of cows and horses roaming the premises. The dinner and calafate sours were also a highlight.
The first thing you notice is the exceptional view on the Torres del Paine mountains. The resort takes full advantage with enormous windows in the dining room, bar, pool area and from the rooms. The front desk is eager to please, even offering a free cocktail if you are waiting for your room to be ready. The location is the best reason to be here. Close to the entrance to the park, we hiked every day.
The location is stunning right in the heart of the Torres del Paine National Park. There are great walks right outside the front door.
The hotel can arrange for transport to the beginning of walks or give advice if you are driving yourself. They also offer horse riding.
The staff were all very friendly and happy to help.
They grow a lot of the the food offered and brew wonderful beer.
Really great host. It is a lodge, not a hotel, but if you understand that, then you see the beauty. Location is beautiful, and it is reasonably well positioned for exploring Torres del Paine, but car is essential.
While power and wifi are off during the night, there is mobile phone signal, so if you really have to be connected during the night, get yourself a good plan.
I’m not sure where to start. This place is simply incredible, everything about it is very special. When we were in Torres del Paine the weather was so so bad and we had zero views for the whole 5 days , but the eco camp made the trip worth it. staff are incredible, the free yoga was just what I needed and the food was delicious. everyone must stay here !
Beautiful setting at the edge of villa Serrano with vistas in all directions, a trail up the river from the property, and cows and horses grazing all around. (Beware the rooster!) Fabulous, attentive and caring staff. Comfortable indoor lounging areas, good restaurant, and a great place to base ourselves for five days in Torres del Paine.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff, especially the front desk ladies, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. John in the restaurant provided excellent service, and the overall atmosphere was cozy. The comfortable bed and beautiful view added to the positive stay.
The view from my room was breathtaking--I could've stayed there all day. The restaurant was excellent with attentive and thoughtful servers. The front desk staff was quite helpful. I would highly recommend the Hotel Lago Grey to anyone visiting Torres del Paine.
Lovely, charming hotel in Torres del Paine with a spectacular view of the Paine Grande and Los Cuernos. Very clean and nicely decorated room offering biodegradable soap and shampoo. Both breakfast and dinner included many good choices. Fully recommended.
The location can not be beat! Within minutes of the Serrano entrance of the park, and the views from the house itself are amazing. The host was also friendly and kind. It was also very cost effective compared to other options near/in Torres Del Paine.
The location of Rio Serrano is superb. The setting in a beautiful valley close to rivers and one of the entrances to TdelP is hard to beat and ao are the views. Spa is 5 star and so is the service level provided by the hotel staff (without exception)
Sensational views of Torres del Paine mountains and Rio Serrano from all windows (even the shower). Coffee and tea available all day in lounge areas. Pleasant outdoor sitting areas. Staff very helpful when we encountered some travel problems.
Welcoming and accommodating hostess
Good value considering our small house had three beds.
Good option to stay closer to Torres Del Paine then Puerto Natales, but not in the park.
Views and atmosphere and location were wonderful. Near the national park. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. I wish I had more time in the region! Would definitely recommend.
The view from my room is excellent!! Right to the Las Torres del Paine from my bed.
Common area is big and comfortable.
The host is very nice and helpful.
