Beach is nice and clean, sand is very rough though. Sandals or shoes are recommended to use. Water is bright and clear.

Great place to have an active and nature week. Climbing the volcano and hiking around the lakes of Huerquehue is a must do, but besides that there is enough to easily fill up a week. The town is quite touristic, giving also a lot of good food options.

Probably best place to stay if you can't avtually do any tourism due to parks being closed. Just a walk around the lake with a view at the volcano and you still feel like experiencing something special!

A lovely spot but a culture shock after you have been in the wild areas of Patagonia. Very, very busy when we were there, parking is difficult. If you like fast food, plenty of noise and watching people you will love it. Personally I couldn't wait to get out
I don't usually write reviews on my stays, but I must HIGHLIGHT how GOOD this place is, the photos that are here in Booking do not honour the reality of this hotel, it is simply spectacular! They take care of all the details, the hotel is located in a nature reserve near the Villarrica Volcano (they have a viewpoint to see it), the facilities are straight out of a movie, the rooms are excellent, the attention of Cata and Alejandro makes your stay even more pleasant.
To rate this place a 10 would be petty, this place is a 20 all the way!
We stayed for 5 nights and it felt like having a home. Clean, comfortable, excellent location, brilliant staff, and a lovely little cat too!
Would highly recommend for a stay in Pucon - we found the location was excellent for getting into town and for activities, the amenities are in really good condition and just generally well laid out in the hostel, and the place is kept really clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful too, and made it such a good stay. Thank you very much :)
Great location if you want a nice quiet stay in the countryside not too far from Pucon and local National Parks. Cabin was clean and comfortable and had most things needed. Beautiful property with a nice walk to the nearby river. Our hosts were happy to help with local recommendations and dropped off some fresh eggs the first day. They also brought in a gas heater when the power was off for most of the day with a bad storm.
Very nice hotel that has recently been renovated! The staff is extremely flexible, helpful and tries to accommodate every request. Many many thanks to la senora Maria, that has been extremely nice during my stay, making me feel like home. The position is also great, close to the bus stations and to the city center. Great value for money, highly recommended!
Breakfast was excellent; probably the best we had during three weeks of traveling in the area. Accommodation for one celiac in our party was excellent as well! The architecture of the building was unique as well as the indigenous artwork throughout. We had great views of Volcan Villarrica, and it was giving us a bit of a light show while we were there!
This hotel is in a large property next to a beautiful river. The rooms are large, with lots of light, beautifully furnished. Bathroom is modern with excellent showers. Breakfast was very good, and the restaurant also serves lunch and dinner cooked to order. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Our balcony had a view of the volcano ❤️
I only stayed in lucky hostel for one night because the hostel I was in previously had been full, but lucky hostel is one of the nicest hostels in Chile. Wonderful, staff, super clean, and my dorm had only 2 beds! It was like staying in a beautiful hotel! Such a treat, I only wish I could have stayed there longer. It's a must stay for Pucon

The owners are really kind and nice, they care about your comfort and really worry about your stay at pucon. I would stay there again if I return to pucon. Recommend absolutely.
