Very centrally located in Old Town and near many restaurants and shopping and only a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. The hotel was very clean and the staff quite welcoming, friendly and helpful. We also loved the lobby/library area where you could rest, have espresso and relax. Breakfast was also delicious!!
Food options for breakfast were versatile and good. The location is not a city center, but it is convenient because the hotel is really close to a tram stop.
Everything! Beautiful design, clean, close to main station, nice personnel, there is a grocery store just beside the hotel, great breakfast! Everything was wonderful! The guy at the check out was so mindful with us! Very good service.
Very central. Only 15 minutes away on foot from the train station. My room is being cleaned everyday while I'm away, which is nice thing. One water bottle, tea bags and coffee capsules being replenished daily. Water Kettle and Nespresso-esque machine in the room. Dyson fan that can both become a warmer or cooling fan.

Good location - short trip into Zurich city centre and the public transport is easy to navigate. Some good walks in the woods or down to the lake at Kusnach. It's also only a short journey to get to the mountains
