Breakfast was amazing!! The Chef makes her own yogurt and jellies/jams, applesauce- all delicious!! The staff were all super friendly. The owner stopped by our table every morning at breakfast to ask how we are doing. He is very gregarious and kind!

The property was very well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen was very practical and had everything we needed. It was also very clean. Katrin was a very helpful host and responded quickly to any of our questions. Andermatt was only 18 minutes by car, so we were able to easily get to the slopes. Parking at the apartment was plenty and free, which we appreciated!
After visited 70 countries in the 🌍, some dozens of time & have stayed in hundreds of hotels and appartments - this house was as sparkling clean as Armani Dubai hotel which also impressed me by its cleaness. I have no idea who is cleaning this house but she/he deserves double golden medal. you cannot find a single, microscopic dust there, which is for such a tidy person like me was like a paradise! Also the beds are very comfortable and you have excellent Jura coffee mashine. Very- very recommended!

we came to the hotel on our way to Italy. The location was excellent just before the gothardtunnel. the staff was extremely kind and helpfull. Free parking on site and small but very good breakfast. The restaurant had great service and good food at a god price. We felt very wellcome at this small but professional hotel
Great location near entrance to St Gottard tunnel so you can beat the queues. Comfortable room (slightly low on 2nd floor but I am very tall). On site bar, restaurant. Restaurant prices expensive but it's Switzerland I guess! Food quality really good, great breakfast. Residents lounge with games and books. Will return.

A lovely, although a bit aged, hotel just in the beginning of sustenpass. Staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was cozy and practical, and the breakfast was great. Also, the restaurant had reasonable prices for dinner 😉. Bike storage was possible in the garage.
Just what I needed on my way from Italy to the UK with an EV - there is a public charge point just opposite the hotel. Very friendly staff, quiet place and very clean, easy to reach from the Motorway.

It is placed near to the Gotthardtunnel and the Sustenpass. Within 1 minute you are in the highway A2 again. The hotel itself is basic, but fine. Free car parking for guests, clean (shared) bathroom and ok breakfast.
