The historic building, as well as the grounds, were stunning. The room was beautiful with lots of historic character, and it was big. We took advantage of the restaurant, which had stellar service and delicious food - a treat! The breakfast had a wonderful selection.

It was an Amarcord thing for me, to re-visit the place where I used to live as a student in my twenties.
Lots of changes, I liked the old Swiss style.

They had a beautiful fresh produce market on Saturday. It’s easy to get around, by bus, bike or on foot.
Eating out can be expensive. There are plenty of shops nearby to buy Food etc.

The lakeside walk is beautiful, with Alps on the far side. The architecture of the old Town is beautiful. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, gift shops, dress shops, cheese shops, chocolate shops, cafés and restaurants within very easy walking distance everywhere between the lake and the famous Collegiale where Reformer William Farrell once preached. The central Marché is an especially picturesque spot for a coffee or a meal at one of its many cafés. There is a funicular to Chaumont and its charming Petite Hotel which serves excellent food. Next to it is a zip line fun park for kids and playground for littles.
The Neuchâtel museum is worth a visit. 2 lakeside restaurants with outside eating are great: Beau Rivage and Waves. Boats to other towns around the 3 lakes are fun and easy to book.

Hotel near the lake and the museum of fine arts. Finding a parking place was difficult when we arrived. Having a room just next to the breakfast restaurant is no ideal in the morning. Tourist discounts are useful.
The apartment is large with a well stocked kitchen. There is a laundry room available in the basement. The wifi is good at least for streaming Netflix. Great views of the lake. The bus stop is a two-minute walk and takes 10-15 minutes to reach the town center. Included in the booking guests receive the Neuchâtel tourist pass which includes public transportation and many tourist activities. Lastly, the coffee machine makes an excellent brew!
Very nice place to stay.The room was spacious, facing to the river ( the waterfall didn’t disturb us, but you can hear a little noise in the room). Chef restaurant was great! Costs but worth it.The old water mill is nearby and we had a nice walk there after the breakfast.Breakfast was good, very best croissant😉
The hotel might be OK if you actually stay there. Sadly, we didn't have the chance to experiment it since it was overbooked :(.
At least, on the positive side, the front-desk staff offered us a complimentary bottle of water (it was very hot in Neuchatel when we were there).
Switzerland is usually quite expensive, but I think this kind of accommodation should be max 80 EUR. Hotel is in a nice location, quite close to the train station, so perfect for overnights. Breakfast was not included, but everything was clean and tidy.
An excellent location within minutes walking of the Gare Centrale. Charming building with nice colorful, cheerful decor. Very clean. Large comfortable and quiet rooms.

This is an extremely cozy yet very interesting family hotel. The host is incredibly charming and made us delicious breakfast and allowed a late check-out.

A bus stop is very close, and you get a public transport card (though you get it at any hotel or hostel). You also get a set of towels, so there is no need to bring your own.
From the room to the restaurant, this hotel lives up to the expectations. It’d be nice to stay in summer, but it was also worth during winter and it has its own atmosphere.

The hotel rooms were clean, and everything you needed was in the room. The location was great, less than 10 minutes walk to important locations of this small city.
The Service and the check- in was really easy. The Location of the Hotel is perfect. Close to the city center and also close to the trainstation and the lake.
