Very nice place to stay. The room was spacious, facing to the river ( the waterfall didn’t disturb us, but you can hear a little noise in the room). Chef restaurant was great! Costs but worth it.The old water mill is nearby and we had a nice walk there after the breakfast.Breakfast was good, very best croissant😉

Lots of changes, I liked the old Swiss style.
Charming restaurants, plenty of café.
Very good but extremely expensive train system, buy your tickets well in advance.

The lakeside walk is beautiful, with Alps on the far side.
The lakeside walk is beautiful, with Alps on the far side. The architecture of the old Town is beautiful. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, gift shops, dress shops, cheese shops, chocolate shops, cafés and restaurants within very easy walking distance everywhere between the lake and the famous Collegiale where Reformer William Farrell once preached. The central Marché is an especially picturesque spot for a coffee or a meal at one of its many cafés. There is a funicular to Chaumont and its charming Petite Hotel which serves excellent food. Next to it is a zip line fun park for kids and playground for littles.
The Neuchâtel museum is worth a visit. 2 lakeside restaurants with outside eating are great: Beau Rivage and Waves. Boats to other towns around the 3 lakes are fun and easy to book.

Breakfast was great. Coffee in rooms was great.
Breakfast was great. Coffee in rooms was great. Sixth floor room/attic was horrible. Can’t stand up in 1/3 of the room, portable AC loud and vented through opening in the roof (let’s hot air in). Terrible room. Other five floors looked lovely. This was not a double. It was a mini double

Hotel near the lake and the museum of fine arts.
Hotel near the lake and the museum of fine arts. Finding a parking place was difficult when we arrived. Having a room just next to the breakfast restaurant is no ideal in the morning. Tourist discounts are useful.
It is centrally located, location actually is a bonus. Hotel staff very friendly and the cleaning lady very polite and helpful. Upon arrival the receptionist inform us about an upgrade. The room was old fashioned, simple but at least clean (I wonder how would look the room we originally booked) but with excellent view. This hotel needs renovation urgently and it will be a fantastic hotel to be due to his location.
My second time staying in this hotel when going to the office. I love my room and the sound of the small river outside of it. Its a nice and cozy place, good breakfast, friendly stuff. Well equipped bathroom with all thats needed. Walking distance to city center of Neuchatel. I will stay again :) Free parking outside is a huge bonus.

B&B Louis-Favre is a very nice place to stay - the staff is lovely, the rooms are super cool and very clean and the location is excellent: walking distance to the train station as well as the old part of town! I highly recommend a stay there, whether you're visting Neuchâtel or just travelling through!
The hotel is up the hill in Neuchâtel, right next to the train station. We arrived by car, and were able to park in the station car park for CHF10 per night. The view of the lake from our room was lovely. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was very simple but satisfactory, and the staff were pleasant.
Great location on the lake of Neuchatel. Views of the Alps are always beautiful. Lot's of water activities like paddle boarding, kayaking are included in the price which is nice. A great little bar area along the water with some nice cocktails and wines to choose from.
Small hotel located in the pedestrian area in heart of Neuchatel. I stayed in room with private bathroom. Room is very spacious with all thats needed. Downstairs there is a café place where I had coffee and croissant in the morning. Overall good place to stay.
Lovely hotel and great location. We had a lake facing room that was very clean and a very comfortable bed . Amazing view
The roof top bar was very lovely for pre evening drinks
We reserved a parking space ahead and we parked just outside the hotel .
The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is also very central and one can reach the center of the town, the lake and the train station within minutes walking.
An excellent location within minutes walking of the Gare Centrale. Charming building with nice colorful, cheerful decor. Very clean. Large comfortable and quiet rooms.
I would definitely recommend this place!
Clean quit location. Close to Bus stop. We used the free Bus pass that came with the Hotel. Ther is a little Bakery around the Corner that was delicious break fast. 10 minute Bus ride to Center of Neuchatel
Have loved the room called Rubarbe for many years. So grateful it is mostly unchanged. The ceiling! The fireplace! The comfy green velvet armchairs and couch! The bar! (now kitchen)! The VIEW
located in the outskirts of Neuchatel. Small and cozy hotel. I was lucky to get a parking spot as well. Room is spacious with all needed, a bit old but ok. Very good breakfast served.
The Hotel is really close to the city center. I really enjoyed the express breakfast (Orange juice, Coffee and croissant). Make sure that you have a reservation for the parking.
