Very accessible by bus. Just 15-20 min walk or 5 min bus ride from main train/bus/boat station. Quiet area. Bus frequency from here to city is quite frequent and you will get one in few minutes. Buffet Breakfast was reasonably priced for the spread that it had.

Good position with car parking possibility in the close proximity of the hotel. Very good connection to the city center via train. It takes few minutes to the main train station in Luzern. Room was a bit small but clean and comfy, perfect for short stay. Breakfast was OK, nothing special but fulfilling our need.

The location is the primary reason we chose this hotel. The location was a few steps from the old city with lots of shops, restaurants and boat rides on the lake. We chose not to pay for the breakfast and eat out which worked for us. The room was very clean and quiet. I appreciated the cold apple cider in the entryway for guests. We also were able to check in sooner than the normal check in time.

Ensure there are no renovations done as when we stayed we were informed that the Spa was closed, but no informed that most restaurants were are closed, this was found when we arrived at the property to celebrate a 50th birthday cause there were no reservations done at the few available restaurants on the 14th of Feb.

We would love to thank all the staff at Burgenstock resort. A special mention to Evagelina who had given us the warmest welcome, what a sweet lady. Celebrated my partners birthday at Bürgenstock and was spoiled with many complimentary gifts. A wonderful stay and would recommend for couples, friends and solo trips. This hotel is fit for all individuals.
