The rooms were beautiful: very clean and updated with a unique decor. The staff was very kind and helpful, always available to assist with any needs. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of foods. Finally, the location was centrally located, easy to get to the train station for all day trips and close to the sights of Lucerne. The staff was so wonderful and kindly accommodated us with our dietary needs at breakfast. The location of the hotel was perfect and was serviced by the plentiful and timely city buses. The view from the hotel was simply beautiful. Our room was quiet, and the mattress and bedding were extremely comfortable which made for a wonderful night's sleep. We had a fabulous stay.
