The location of the property and the helpful, cheery staff were great. They had fun local suggestions for food and gave us clear directions for public transit.
Tsawwassen is a very nice town! They have nice beaches and walking trails. Tsawwassen is not crowded or urbanized unlike Vancouver. I will stay overnight in Tsawwassen when I need accommodations in Vancouver.
While it's not at all luxury, it's spacious and all we needed for a short stay due to a very late night arrival. I was very impressed with the service and the follow up by the staff after we booked our stay - best level of service in a very long time from any hotel. Check in and check out were very quick, easy and friendly. Location is ideal if headed to ferries and is in a nice area beside a golf course.
The room was cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean I could reach the city easily by bus. This location is very good if you want to be close to the ferry for Victoria. It is a walking distance to the Tsawwassen Town Centre.
Front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff was very good in keeping the room tidy. I sure will come back next time.
Great location if you want to walk to the beach or restaurants/amenities in Tsawwassen. You can cook in the unit. The fridge was clean. The bathroom, although quirky (The tub was mounted 7 inches above the floor and you had to be careful stepping out of it.), functioned fine. The cleaning staff did the best they could with what they had to work with. There was a relaxed 60's vibe.
The receptionist was friendly. They allowed for late check in, to 11:00 pm, but I got the impression you can arrive later. It is only 12 minutes from the Tsawwassen ferry, with provided directions available from several arrival points--Peace Arch border, airport and ferry. The bed was comfy; the website looked good.
Jennifer the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Her place feels like home. What you see in the post is what you get. (the marble tiles in the bathroom are warm/heated is a PLUS) Outstanding place and community. Near restaurants and shore. Great sunset and sunrise.
Very convenient and basic hotel. Staff friendly, room was clean. Air conditioner worked well. But it is humble and older! Be prepared for what that means. Short walk to Centennial Beach. Mini eating area in room was unexpected bonus. :)
