I was originally booked in a room located on the first floor where renovations were being done, when I asked to move to another room there was no issue and the room I moved to was comfortable and the beds were better.

The room was large and spacious and very clean. The jacuzzi tub and walkin shower with the amazing shower heads exceeded our expectations.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel was clean from your first step in the door, the elevators and pool area.

The size of the room was unbelievable! We had pool access rooms and were quite surprised to have deck access. Also, this was the first hotel since COVID that actually provided housekeeping services during our stay. Every other hotel only comes into room after you checkout.
Really liked the place, we had a very comfortable stay. Staff were awesome and accommodated all guests well even though the place was fully booked. Would stay here again.

I dont like how there's one staff member who is so strict on politics that she felt proud to denie me a room because she's the the only one that is forcing a 250 deposit. I've been going to that hotel for 2 years and this woman has lost me as a customer.
Breakfast is superb as the hotel has many varieties. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is situated within a walking distance to WalMart, Superstore, Safeway. There are also a number of restaurants within a walking distance from the hotel.

Great value for our money. The beds were comfy, rooms were spacious and clean and most importantly the hotel was quiet.
The breakfast was great too, lots of options and they were quick to restock items.
The breakfast was sub par….the staff very unfriendly compared to other hotels we were in, and we travel tons. Could have let a lot more go had your staff been more helpful!
This hotel is located next to the acheson husky and if you have a commercial class 1 license you will get a discount that is a few bucks cheaper than booking.com
